Il Beehive è un ottimo posto per incontrare viaggiatori internazionali e per esplorare Roma! Sei proprio accanto alla Stazione Termini, il che è comodo per viaggiare nei tuoi giorni liberi e per esplorare Roma. Ho imparato a fare da receptionist, a preparare bevande e a organizzare eventi sociali. Mi è piaciuto lavorare come receptionist, è molto simile a essere Pam Beesly in 'The Office'. I tuoi contatti principali durante il soggiorno sono l'altro volontario e la responsabile Yulli. Yulli è molto simpatica e disponibile, e prende sul serio le tue domande.

La mia esperienza nell'ostello è stata super divertente! Ho incontrato tante persone provenienti da altre parti del mondo, incluso il mio incredibile compagno di stanza che è diventato il mio migliore amico. Se quello che vuoi è conoscere nuove persone, questo ostello è fatto per te!

Ho avuto una bellissima esperienza facendo volontariato nell'ostello. Fin dal primo giorno mi sono sentito/a benvenuto/a e a mio agio. L'atmosfera è calda e rilassata, ed è facile entrare in contatto con gli ospiti e il team. Le attività erano chiare e giuste, e c'era sempre una buona comunicazione. Ho anche apprezzato l'equilibrio tra lavoro e tempo libero, che mi ha permesso di godermi Roma e conoscere persone incredibili. Sono davvero grato/a per questa esperienza e la consiglierei sicuramente. Grazie a Linda, Steve e Yuli!

Non avrei potuto chiedere una migliore prima esperienza di volontariato! Yuli, Linda e Steve sono stati così accoglienti e sono persone adorabili. L'ostello Beehive Hostel era comodo e sembrava una casa lontano da casa. Ho passato due mesi incredibili e sarei rimasto più a lungo se le mie circostanze di vita fossero diverse. Pensavo che avrei avuto qualche difficoltà a restare al passo con la parte sociale del lavoro, ma l'ostello aveva la dimensione perfetta per avere conversazioni più significative e sostanziali con gli ospiti che ho conosciuto e che ricorderò per sempre. Un'esperienza assolutamente gratificante per me :)

L'ostello è stato la prima esperienza di volontariato perfetta! :) Le ore sono giuste, l'appartamento in cui siamo stati era piacevole, e il lavoro diventa più facile col tempo. La passeggiata sociale e l'apertivo sono anche un modo molto piacevole per conoscere le persone. Linda, Yuli e Steve sono sempre disposti ad aiutarti se hai domande, e sono davvero persone incredibili. Ho creato dei ricordi meravigliosi lì, non potrei raccomandare questa esperienza di più! Roma è una città incredibile, e soggiornare all'ostello lo ha reso ancora migliore, hanno anche i migliori consigli gastronomici!

The hostel was the best first experience I could have asked for as a volunteer. The owners are very welcoming and make you feel very confortable from the start. They were always very clear and communicative about what they expect from volunteers, and they let the volunteers themselves organize the schedule. The hostel's atmosphere is social in just the right way, and they promote social activities led by the volunteers, which helps us meet new people and makes the experience more fun! I definitely recommend it to everyone. Not to mention the amazing bagels!

I had the best time at the hostel, everything was so organized from the training to the schedule, and the owners (and Yuli) were always so responsive if there were any issues, any time of day! The work is fair and also really fun, social but not party which is perfect for me. Running the social walks was the highlight for me! Thank you so much Linda and Steve, I'll definitely be back to visit in the future!

I really enjoyed my time at the hostel! The owners were always friendly, reliable and if there was an issue, they helped us out at any time :) you had a clear structure, you're able to create your own schedule with the second volunteer (the hours are provided) and communication was really good! You also get your own apartment which is shared with the other volunteer, and the shifts were always manageable (only the Sundays felt long sometimes because you cover the whole day). All in all I can recommend!!

As a first experience, it couldn't have gone better. the hostel has an amazing team, I always felt welcomed, and everyone is always ready to help! I was surrounded by honest, easygoing people, always with a smile on their faces and a wealth of knowledge to share 😊 I easily came to call the hostel home, and I'll definitely be back, even if just to say hello

I definitely recommend being a volunteer at the hostel! Yuli, Steve and Linda are really welcoming and do everything in their power to make sure that you will have a great experience. The work meets the job description and if you are looking for an international environment where you will be able to meet people from all over the world, the hostel is the perfect place for you!
