Senza dubbio il posto migliore che avrei potuto immaginare per trascorrere la mia permanenza presso la guest house. La guest house è incredibilmente gratificante e ricompensante, oltre a essere semplicemente divertente. L'ospite e il team di gestione sono molto accoglienti e premurosi. Davvero un posto in cui puoi essere autentico e la migliore versione di te stesso. Ho fatto amici che apprezzerò sempre. Raccomanderei questa esperienza a chiunque.

Kilian si è integrato immediatamente nella vita del campo. Si è collegato con i campeggiatori e lo staff molto facilmente. È stato un apprendista molto veloce, molto adattabile e sempre aperto a provare nuove cose. Ha dato un contributo significativo al Programma di Inglese, con i bambini che adoravano le sue lezioni ogni settimana. Era molto responsabile, accettava sempre una sfida e non importava cosa doveva essere fatto, sapevo sempre che avrebbe portato a termine i suoi compiti con ottimi risultati. Quando è arrivato il momento, siamo stati tutti molto tristi nel vedere lasciare la squadra ...

L\'energia e l\'entusiasmo di Taren per il campo sono incredibilmente contagiosi. Affronta ogni compito con un sorriso e ogni volta va oltre. Interagisce senza sforzo con i campeggiatori e si integra perfettamente con la squadra. Taren è stato una grande risorsa per il campo, e soprattutto per il programma sportivo. È divertente lavorare con lui, ma allo stesso tempo è molto maturo e responsabile, e ha una energia così positiva che a tutti piaceva averlo intorno. Grazie, Taren, e spero di rivederti presto!

I was so excited for this one, but my experience was deeply disappointing and shockingly far from what was advertised on the platform. From the moment I arrived, it became clear that the expectations placed on volunteers went FAR beyond what is reasonable for a work exchange. The work hours were excessive (up to 16h/day), and there was a lack of basic hygiene, water and respect. When I raised my concerns, I was met with dismissiveness and repression, demanded to remain silent. There are multiple serious criminal activities happening there, no wonder they were already banned from Worka...

È molto triste leggere questo feedback, poiché lavoriamo duramente per supportare i volontari e offrire opportunità di crescita, scambio culturale e per avere un impatto positivo sui bambini. Abbiamo modificato l'orario di Isa per soddisfare le sue richieste personali, che di solito non offriamo. Isa spesso mancava agli incontri, creando distanza dal gruppo, eppure partiva con entusiasmo, quindi fu sorprendente sentire in seguito che scoraggiava gli altri dal partecipare. Siamo spiacenti che la sua esperienza sia andata così e le auguriamo tutto il meglio.

Quieres conocer a una persona comprensiva haz este voluntariado. Muchos días yo estaba muy distraída y sabía que Daly lo notaba pero aún así ella siempre estuvo con una sonrisa todo el tiempo y muy amable. Ella contagia su alegría y entusiasmo para hacer las cosas. Además es un lugar donde compartirás con personas de diferentes edades pero en especial con niños y te darás cuenta de la magia de la vida y como pasa tan rápido. Aprenderás el valor del trabajo en equipo y tradiciones rumanas. Te harán sentir como en casa siempre serás tratado como uno más de la familia.

From the beginning I was warmly welcomed at the guest house. Despite we didn't receive much groups during the month I volunteered, due to the season, I had a lot of fun. I could connect with my inner joyful and playful child, dance, laugh, and create beautiful connections. The responsibilities were clear, but they were constantly changing, so flexibility is a must. I had a great place to sleep, and the food was enough. Thank you Dali for everything!

I liked the place, the food and my partners. I didn't have fun when I had to work. I thought I was going to help with kids, then I was going to do on-site maintenance, and finally I spent most of my time washing dishes. It seems important to me to know in advance when your day off is and your hours. If you are going to do the experience of doing activities with the children, I think it is an excellent option. If you are going to do other activities, you could discuss this in advance. Anyway i was happy to arrive there i wish the best to the guest house...

A unique experience helping with a few groups over the October half term. Friendly and welcoming people and the other volunteers were from all over the world, making the experience even more interesting. Thank you for a wonderful time!

My experience here was absolutely awesome! In a fast working environment, we lead workshops, games and taught English to kids of all ages from all over Romania. Though we worked many hours in the week, it was all worth it because of the open-minded, kind staff who came from all over the world with the common interest of kids and community. Everyday we encountered new tasks and team challenges which strengthened our relationships with one another and every week we'd encounter a new group of loving kids - some of whom you can't help but attach to which makes it very emotional in the end!
