I came from South Korea on my first trip to South America, and volunteering with Bresly in Oxapampa was the perfect start to Peru! I enjoyed it a thousand times more than expected. She is kind, thoughtful, and knowledgeable, sharing the history of Oxapampa, Peruvian culture, and her love of nature. Her Spanish lessons helped me connect with locals and truly enjoy their culture. Don't miss her birdwatching and excursions! This was so much more than volunteering: I learned so much and felt truly welcome. Choosing this place was one of my best decisions. Thank you, Bresly!

I loved the week I spent at Bresly's. She is a really nice person, very attentive, and always concerned that everything is going well 🫶🏼 She will learn you a lot of thing about nature, forest, plants and everything about peruvian culture! Her place is cosy and her two rescued cats are really kind! We shared a lot of good times playing card, talking, hiking or more! It was a very nice experience that I highly recommend to you! Bresly will take you everywhere to show you the region and will give you a lot of good advices for the rest of your stay in Peru! Thank you for everything 🫶🏼

Bresly is one of the sweetest host you can meet. A very listening person, who really care about the volunteers she welcome and wants to create as much link as possible. She learn us a lot about birds, bees, insects and so on, relative to the nature. (And it's in the middle of the it, so if you are afraid of little animals it may not be for you :) But the whole experience is really enriching and make you realize about the way of life of others countries. I would definitely recommend this experience !! Thank you again Bresly :)

Mi experiencia en Grapanazú fue realmente extraordinaria y sumamente enriquecedora. Durante mi visita, tuve la oportunidad de aprender mucho sobre la diversidad biológica de la región, lo cual incluyó un estudio detallado de los diferentes tipos de aves que habitan el área. Estas aves, con sus variados colores y cánticos, no solo embellecen el paisaje sino que también juegan un papel crucial en el ecosistema local.

Estar en medio de la naturaleza de Grapanazú fue una experiencia maravillosa. Bresly me hizo sentir como en casa desde el primer día. Ella conoce mucho acerca de la flora y fauna del lugar, lo cual nos comentaba en cada excursión así como el tema de la agroforestería, una forma sostenible del uso de la tierra. Bresly también es muy buena cocinera y Waffle con gatito acompañan en la cabaña <3. Sin duda alguna, este voluntariado es una conexión total con la naturaleza, si salir de la rutina de la ciudad es lo que buscas y aprender sobre la diversidad de aves como plantas del entorno.

¡Mi experiencia en ITO ha sido realmente maravillosa! Bressly me brindó la oportunidad de sumergirme en la naturaleza y compartió su valioso conocimiento y experiencia. Cada actividad que realizamos fue una oportunidad de aprendizaje, y además, tuve la suerte de disfrutar de deliciosos platillos únicos. El ambiente en ITO es tan acogedor y hogareño que te hace sentir como en casa. Lo mejor de todo es que esta experiencia me ha inspirado a seguir contribuyendo a la conservación de la naturaleza, no importa dónde me encuentre a dónde vaya. ¡Sin duda regresaría!

Nuestra primera experiencia como voluntarias fue muy grata, sentimos que pudimos aprender mucho a pesar del corto tiempo y condiciones climáticas no favorables. Bresly es una gran anfitriona, su conocimiento y su experiencia nos ha permitido convertirnos en agentes activos del cuidado y protección del medio ambiente. The experience was just wonderful. Bresly has such a beautiful soul and the love she puts in everything she does is just incredible. The location is pure peace for those visiting. We also met Bresly's family and they are so welcoming and lovely. I felt at home the all time. I truly recommend a stay here.

Me la pasé súper bien, ¡desde que llegué fui recibida de la mejor manera! La experiencia fue mucho mejor de lo que esperábamos. Bresly es una persona súper amable, graciosa, comprensiva, dedicada y siempre dispuesta a resolver las dudas que nos iban surgiendo. La mejor parte fueron las excursiones, donde aprendimos mucho acerca de las distintas especies vegetales y animales. Sin duda una experiencia que me gustaría repetir: la bonita compañía, la diversión y por supuesto el hermoso lugar y los alrededores que vale la pena conocer. Me voy súper contenta y agradecida por todo.
