Vivere nel pieno centro di Napoli, nel barrio S.Giuseppe, casa di grandi artisti come Pino Daniele. quartiere studentesco, culturale e attivo turisticamente. L'ostello è nuovissimo, è ben curato e ha degli spazi in comune comodissimi. Due splendide terrazze. È difficile non fare nuove amicizie con lo staff e tutti i guests. I lavori sono piuttosto semplici e intuitivi, è stato piacevole fare conoscenza con i ragazzi che lavorano nell'ostello, conserverò un ricordo d'affetto per questa esperienza napoletana.

I had a great stay at TricTrac! Staff is always willing to help and communicate with you, even if they don't speak fluent English. The shifts take 4 hours and in general they are easy. There are just a few volunteers at a time, 2 or 3, you share the room with guests and the rooms are kind of big, 8-12 people. So I had trouble sleeping during my stay but they tried to help me as much as they could, putting me in a smaller room. It is definitely a place to socialize and meet other people, summer is crazy busy in Napoli! Thank you all, specially Niky, Angela, Mano, Lorenzo, Martina and Zaira ❤️

I was very disapointed by the management in the hostel. We only stayed for a week and the host did not reach us until the third day of work, and let the staff that did not speek much of English explain to us the tasks so we did not always know what we had to do. Otherwise, the hostel is really nice and the staff is great.

Voi e il vostro partner siete stati nostri ospiti per 10 giorni, non 7.
Uno degli host vi ha incontrato al terzo giorno; fin dal primo giorno avete conosciuto almeno 7 persone tra lo staff e gli host, ma eravate troppo impegnati con i vostri impegni personali per accorgervene.
Voi e il vostro partner siete stati i primi, dopo decine di volontari, a non capire cosa doveste fare, anche dopo 10 giorni di soggiorno.
Ma non avete detto nulla a nessuno.
Avete deciso di scriverlo qui, dopo aver letto la nostra recensione sul vostro partner. Congratulazioni per la vostra immaturità che conferma ciò che siamo riusciti a vedere da vicino.
Forse a qualcuno non parla perfettamente l'inglese, ma almeno non ha la presunzione di scriverlo nelle sue preferenze come ha fatto la vostra amica Englatine con l'italiano, dato che lei non lo parla né capisce neanche una parola.
Ripetiamo che non c'è nulla di male nel dire "Non ho capito", è molto peggio fingere che nulla sia successo.
Se ne sono andati senza dire una parola a nessuno, non preoccuppatevi, nessuno di noi vi mancherà.

I don't find words to tell how much I am grateful to join the Trictrac hostel. Such a wonderful experience. all people here are so nice, helpful, and friendly. you immediately feel welcomed and loved ☺️ the tasks are simple & well organized. You help the staff either the morning or the evening. You socialise with guests, you make friends, you play games, and you will have a lot of free time to enjoy the beautiful Naples. the Hostel's location is perfect. The breakfast is so delicious & fresh 😋😊. I recommend it to everybody. I enjoyed every moment at Trictrac hostel, grazie mille ❤️❣️❤️

The experience at the hostel was amazing. It was my first volunteer exchange and I couldn't have been luckier =). I really liked all the staff people, they are kind and always try to help you learn the tasks, which were very simple. It was also great to meet the other volunteers. I certainly recommend this host =)

It was a great experience!! The staff of the hostel are very nice, all the time they try that you feel comfortable in the place. The thing to do are not so difficult, it easy to learnt it and do it. The hostel is amazing, very new and clean all the day. I really recomend it 🙂

L love my experience in trictrac hostel, the hostel is well care by the staffs e owners, you get a nice breakfast everyday and two times of week pasta. the job was very easy, if get to work by the mornings you will work organize the breakfast, if you get to work nights you will help the bartender and talk to the guests. and the most nice parte you going have a pretty time to explore the amazing city of Naples
