Mi sono davvero goduto il mio tempo ad Aldeia. Tutte le persone lì sono incredibili e molto gentili. Poli, il responsabile, e Lukas, il proprietario, sono i migliori e sono sempre lì per te. Ho fatto le pulizie e il turno del mattino, entrambi erano molto facili da imparare e da fare. Consiglierei questo posto a chi ama il surf, guardare i migliori tramonti e far parte della comunità. Ritornerò sicuramente! :)

Questo posto ha davvero conquistato il mio cuore! La natura, la gente, le esperienze e le serate divertenti sono state incredibili! La gente va semplicemente con il flusso e vive nel momento, così tante anime bellissime che ho incontrato! Soprattutto Poli, il nostro responsabile, che è la persona più dolce e dà sempre una mano quando le cose diventano impegnative. Un grande grazie a tutti!!!

Ho trascorso un tempo fantastico ad Aldeia! L\'atmosfera era davvero piacevole e tutti erano così accoglienti e gentili.🌞 Il lavoro era ben organizzato e rilassato, con un buon equilibrio tra compiti e tempo libero. Ho incontrato persone fantastiche e mi è piaciuto molto il tempo trascorso insieme. Grazie per tutto, è stata un\'esperienza fantastica!🌸🌊

Ho fatto alcune esperienze di volontariato e questa è stata una delle migliori che abbia mai fatto. Il lavoro non è molto difficile ed è fattibile. Ho amato davvero il posto, l'ostello e tutte le persone che ho incontrato lì. La direttrice Poli è stata così gentile; ha sempre fatto in modo che stessimo bene e che tutto andasse bene.
Sagres è un posto molto carino, con spiagge bellissime e tramonti ancora migliori. Perciò lo consiglio molto per andarci.

I absolutely loved it at Aldeia! I immediately felt welcome and at home! Everyone is so so kind, attentive, supportive and open. I really felt like a part of the Aldeia family very quickly. Also Sagres is such a beautiful small city! You could really say paradise on earth. Especially because of the people who male that place so special :) thank you guys for this amazing experience and hopefully see you soon 🫶🏼

Aldeia instantly felt like home ♥️ Good vibes, and the kind of people you just click with. The work was super chill and well organized.. nothing crazy. That said, the manager Poli and the owners, are amazing! ✨ Sagres is full of adventures and amazing places to see, don't get me started on the sunsets… 🌅 I left with a full heart but also left a piece of it there 🥹 Thank you guys (Manca, Silvia, Daniele, Natalia, Polinaaa, Amelie 🥰 ) for everything! 🫶🏻

Aldeia felt like a home away from home from day one. The staff is incredibly welcoming, the hostel is so beautiful, and Sagres is a cute, chill little town with everything you need: stunning beaches, hikes, surfing and other water activities are just a few minutes away! I tried both the housekeeping/breakfast shift and the reception and the job was really easy, the working hours are respected and everyone helps each other. The staff lives in a nice house 10 minutes from the hostel and right next to a supermarket, but you are encouraged to spend as much time as you want at the hostel!

Sadly, I just left, but I had a great time. Everyone was so open and welcoming. The work was fun, especially the breakfast shift, because it gave me the chance to interact with many people. After my afternoon shifts, I often grabbed a surfboard and went to the most beautiful beaches. Thank you so much for the amazing experience, Aldeia!

I really enjoyed the time spent in the guest house! The 3 hosts and the manager Poli are really nice and respectful, always asking about problems and the needs of volunteers. I sleept in the van close to the hostel, where I had no problems (there is no electricity in the van, so you have to charge the phone/other things in the shack). The shifts are okay, not really stressful to do cleaning in two people. Volunteers can free rent boards and wetsuits (sometimes the wetsuit are not perfect) and have 30% or on surf classes. I suggest to rent a car. I really recommended the hostel!
