I spend 3 weeks at the farm and I truly enjoyed my time here. All the staff members are caring, motivated to teach and to meet new volunteers. The accomodation is really nice, the view outside is stunning , and the food is delicious (especially the Dhal Bat)!

I had an amazing time at the farm. Deepa and the staff took really good care of me. I had some issues with the food, and they tried their best to help me with this situation. Regarding the job, it took a few days to break the ice with the guys with whom I was working with (since I was the only volunteer for a couple of days) but it was a great opportunity to get to know each other better. The job in the farm was mainly physical: helping to build a wall, watering plants, etc. I really enjoyed it! I would recommend 100% the farm to anyone!

Sono stato lontano dalla fattoria in questo periodo e non ho potuto incontrare Carme di persona, ma tutti gli altri confermano che Carme è una persona molto cordiale, disponibile, comprensiva, calma e facile da ospitare. The best thing about the volunteer was meeting the nice people who are behind the farm, they are super nice and kind. The work was hard, cutting grass for hours and several days becomes an exhausting task, due to the moonson season there was no coffee to harvest, only composting, collecting grass and cutting grass. The experience would be different if you visit the farm when it is your turn to help with the coffee. Even so, volunteering was very pleasant, I learned so much and above all to value the work of the people who work the land, my admiration for them.

Hai davvero ragione al 100%, tagliare l'erba e fare compost sono un lavoro duro e non ci chiediamo di farlo come i locali. Finché il volontario si concentra sul lavoro, può lavorare al proprio ritmo. Se troppi giorni di fila sono troppo difficili, è possibile regolare i tuoi giorni di riposo.

I had a really good time here at the farm and it was nice to get some extra grass cutting skills. The farm it self is super beautiful. It is nice to see how everything grows and what it all takes to grow things. Deepa felt like a mom, her hospitality was on point! Also the rest of the team was very welcoming. Tougher with the other volunteers it felt as a big familie!

Mei-lin è molto facile da ospitare, sempre pronta e ben preparata per aiutare in tutte le diverse attività della fattoria. Non ha paura di provare cose nuove e si è cimentata in attività come tagliare l'erba con una falce, pacciamatura, cura degli alberi, rivoltare il compost, selezionare il caffè e altro. Tutto è stato eseguito molto bene. La sua bella natura e il suo atteggiamento, che è molto aperta e amichevole, molto curiosa e interessata alla cultura locale qui, ci hanno fatto trascorrere un ottimo momento e un intercambio meraviglioso.

First of all I would like to say thank to Worldpackers to give a opportunity to see the world In different ways that what I have seen before. So the the farm is was incredible and fantastic atmosphere the people in the farm was very nice the Owner Thomas and the employees there are so nice the work here it was perfect sometimes hard work sometimes chill and relax also the view here is amazing and I had met another volunteers there very incredible people I had learned a lot so grateful to choose here for my first time Volunteers .

Pod è rimasto con noi in ottobre nel nostro programma "studio", lavorando 3 ore al giorno e studiando il resto del tempo.
Pod è una persona estremamente facile da avere intorno, poiché è molto amichevole, calmo, onesto, educato e farà qualsiasi lavoro gli venga affidato senza esitazione.
È stato un grande piacere averti in fattoria, Pod. Abbiamo anche avuto uno splendido scambio culturale, imparando molto sulla Thailandia. Pod è un aspirante insegnante di inglese, un subacqueo certificato e un grande giocatore di scacchi!
Nei suoi ultimi giorni si è offerto volontario nel monastero vicino, insegnando sport e parlando dell'oceano, del mondo sottomarino, ai monaci studenti laggiù.

I spent 2 wonderful weeks in the farm. Thomas, Deepa, and all the others on the farm were more than welcoming and made me feel at home from the moment I stepped into the village and farm. I was surrounded by the nicest bunch of people all throughout my volunteering experience, learned a lot about nature and plants on the farm and around the area, and was able to truly experience and learn about Nepali culture and customs. Ruta è una volontaria esperta e si è inserita molto rapidamente e senza intoppi nelle nostre routine.
Si metteva alla prova in qualsiasi compito le venisse affidato. Tagliare l'erba, diserbare, pacciamare, nutrire le piante, selezionare il caffè, raccogliere e lavorare l'ibisco sono stati alcuni dei compiti che ha svolto.
Ruta è socievole, gentile e amichevole, e abbiamo anche avuto uno scambio culturale unico imparando anche sulla cultura lettone.
L'ultimo giorno ci ha fatto una grande sorpresa presentandoci un video davvero bello della fattoria e della vita qui.

My hurt will always be in this place.They are really nice and you will feel always at home and part of the family.Thomas always sharing his knowledge and experiences with you and deepa will always check up on you if you need anything and they both will show up always at the right time.I really enjoyed every minute in this place. While working with amazing mountains and greens views.the work is straightforward and easy, and also many things to do and to learn.There's an amazing waterfall 1 minute away and of course hiking with Beemal was just amazing.The rooms and bathrooms are clean and comfy.

Azem è un vero gentiluomo ed è un piacere ospitarlo. È sempre pronto e ben preparato per aiutare in ogni modo.
Ha affrontato gli incarichi qui assegnati con curiosità entusiasta e determinazione. Tagliare l'erba con la falce, diserbare, gestione del compost, classificazione del caffè, fotografia di eventi, l'aiuto in casa sono state alcune delle cose che ha fatto.
È molto amichevole, socievole e bravo a raccontare storie della sua vita e della sua terra natale, e abbiamo avuto un eccellente scambio lavorativo e culturale.

Amazing experience! Great place & neighborhood very safe and beautiful. Everyone is so nice and welcoming. Thomas always sharing his interesting knowledge. Deepa makes delicious food and always makes sure you're okay. Beemal took us hiking it was great. Comfortable and make you feel at home like you're part of the family. Incredible views!! Stayed for a short time because I also wanted to visit other places in Nepal and you were very understanding and encouraged me to discover more things. The work is a bit hard at the beginning but gets easier as you get used to it. Very kind and good people.

Mariam è venuta da molto lontano dall'Egitto per fare volontariato con noi. È una donna estremamente gentile, dolce e disponibile. Anche se è una viaggiatrice esperta, era la sua prima visita in Asia, e l'ambiente qui era tutto nuovo per lei. Ma si è buttata a capofitto e ha provato tutti i lavori che avevamo disponibili. The farm was my first Worldpackers trip and to say it was amazing would be an understatement. Thomas and Deepa were extremely warm and welcoming and as long as you were willng to learn they were willing to teach. We spent our days drinking tea & coffee, practicing nepali, learning about the culutre and were spoiled with a beautiful view of the mountains after a day of hard work. I had so much fun! It truly was a great experience. Would definitely recommend this to anyone (really anyone) who needs a break from hectic city life/ touristy spots &/ is interested in permaculture :D <3

The experience at the farm was really amazing. From day 1 to the last day we felt at home! We learned a lot about permaculture, composting, all the processes that are involved in the planting, care, and harvesting of coffee, and even how to roast and taste the amazing coffee they have on the farm! We were also able to get involved and experience Nepalese mountain life, their festivals, and the opportunity to meet and share with the beautiful local people. We are tremendously happy with the experience and would 100% recommend the experience to anyone!

Valentina e Javier sono estremamente disponibili e gentili e molto comprensivi delle nostre sfide. Restando con noi per sei settimane abbiamo avuto l'opportunità di esplorare e scambiare molte cose. Sono molto proattivi, hanno osservato gli alberi e identificato problemi con funghi e insetti, hanno trovato soluzioni grazie alla ricerca.
Hanno gestito il lavoro di taglio dell'erba con la falce e la realizzazione di compost con energia e curiosità. Hanno dedicato molto più tempo di quanto ci aspettassimo. Ci hanno aiutato a mettere in piedi il nostro sito biloba organic. Abbiamo macinato caffè, selezione, tostatura, esperimenti e degustazioni.
Una brillante esperienza di scambio culturale e apprendimento reciproco al suo meglio.
