Incredibile volontariato presso l'Ostello La Palmera! Personale molto buono e atmosfera piacevole.

I adored my time here, the work is easy to do and straight forward . The team was amazing and we would always help each other out which created an amazing energy and spirit. The Manager and Owners are lovely people who have such a great energy as well. I will definitely be coming back to Cali and 100% be back to volunteer at the hostel

Martina & Jose are simply amazing! They made me instantly feel welcome and like part of the family . The work is super easy and you get to interact with so many amazing people everyday. I extended my stay multiple times because I didn't want to leave. It's a 10/10 and I cannot wait to be back.

The hostel is a great place to be and I'm extremely sad to leave, even though I extended my stay. The shifts are straightforward and fun and the hostel itself is a great hostel. The atmosphere is amazing and Cali is just a very cool place to be with all that it offers with dancing and good vibes. José and Martina are great people and so is Laura and all the others volunteers. Thank you to you all, I will miss you:)

The volunteer experience at the hostel was really impressive! The working time can be adjusted accordingly my own arrangement so I can do my remote work as well. And the working atmosphere is very nice, everyone both staff and volunteers are super friendly and helpful! Absolutely recommend if you are seeking for a big community to stay!

The hostel is by far the best hostel I've stayed at. You can see and feel that Jose invests a lot of effort into making sure that everyone's experience here is amazing. My time volunteering was amazing and shifts were easy and straightforward, leaving you with a lot of time for yourself to explore the beautiful city of Cali. There are daily tours and events offered through the hostel as well that you can always join. Thank you for everything!!
