William sta facendo cose incredibili con la scuola! Lui e la sua famiglia sono stati estremamente calorosi. Purtroppo sono stato molto ammalato e mi hanno fatto sentire preso cura e apprezzato. I bambini della scuola sono così pieni di gioia e si può dire quanto William e lo staff lavorano duramente per offrire loro una formazione e un futuro. Sapere un po' di Swahili potrebbe essere utile. È anche bene avere un'idea di come vuoi contribuire, perché hai molta libertà nell'uso dei tuoi talenti individuali.

I feel deeply grateful for the beautiful experience I lived at the school. It was truly special and filled my heart with joy. Sharing moments with the children and doing my part to help the school become a better place has been unforgettable. I felt so loved and cared for by William's family, and their kindness made me feel safe and at home during all my time in Mwanza.

The school is meant to be a life changing opportunity for those kids, for It's built by people who truly care about it. William, Josephine and their children made me feel home and I can say They are family. Enjoy this initiative. You Will be able to Experience local culture and way of living while influencing thoroughly children's lives. Can't wait to be back to the school.

Although I was unable to spend as long a time as I originally hoped for with William due to personal reasons, I still had a great and informative experience. William shows a genuine care for his community and works day in day out. He was nothing but kind and welcoming to me and gave me my first Tanzanian experience. Would highly recommend and cannot thank William, Josephine, Joanne, his wonderful children Jenli, Bnega and Jessie and everyone at SHEEO and SBA enough.

I had an incredible experience in the school! To be part of such important projects with impact in those kids life was amazing! Me and my husband stayed in William and Josephine's house and we felt like family. They treated us very good, we talk a lot, Monica is an amazing cooker! Thank you so much William for all the support and to help our experience in Bujora to be so good! We will be definitely back. Asante Sana

Rest assured that you will be taken care of and, more importantly, changed forever. William and his family are kind and welcoming the moment you arrive. His children are precious. You are given the freedom to explore both school properties, alongside various other projects he involves himself in that directly impact the community. I constantly bounced between places and tried my hand at media, teaching, and some outside projects. I felt a part of the team. I made friends and family. You will too! Give it a shot. I really enjoyed my stay at the school and I miss William and his family, all the great teachers and all the adorable children a lot ! At first I needed a bit of time to get into everything, because I was alone for the first 2 weeks and everything was new. The language, the food, the bathroom... Also the tasks are really open so don't expect that William tells you do this, do that, help here. It is more about having own Ideas and figuring out how they can work. After realising this and with 2 other volunteers the fun started and I enjoyed my time there so much and I am sooo grateful !

Volunteering at the school was an amazing life experience. William and his family were really welcoming and it was so nice to have lived with them for two weeks. The room was comfortable and the food was always really good (thank you, Monica ^^). The most different thing for me was the bathroom and showering in a way I was not used to, but you get used to it. William is a person with so good intentions and we could witness this while we were there. He wants to make a difference in those kids' lives and help them create a better future for themselves and others. Assante Sana

This place is just amazing! William is such an incredible person with the best intentions for everyone. I stayed there for 3 weeks with my girlfriend and another volunteer (Peter). William were super positiv to all our suggestions for how we could help the school. We ended up making a video and a fundraiser. We also built a playground for the kids which included a football field, volleyball field and a basketball court. You will feel super welcomed by the kids, the teachers and everyone around in the village. Highly recommended!

I had an incredible experience with the school! William and his family are so kind, and the social impact of the school and the other programs that William is involved in is inspiring. If you want to truly make a difference while learning about local culture, this is the place to volunteer. I'll never forget my time with them.
