My experience in Sammatz was amazing, not only I learned more about community life but also about the hard work it goes to make it possible. I connected with people in a way that they became family in such a short period of time. I'm deeply grateful about my time in Sammatz and I would recommend everyone to try it at least once. I'm definitely coming back:)

Truly, I cannot recommend this place enough. You will meet so many people and share a house, joy and adventures with them, work in the most beautiful garden, walk animals to pastures, make cheese, and have the satisfaction of helping feed hundreds of people a day. I leave tomorrow and feel an intense gratitude for having been here.

Sammatz was my first experience like this, and honestly, I couldn't have asked for a better one. It turned out to be one of the best experiences I've ever had I was honestly nervous at first and didn't really know what to expect, but I'm so grateful I decided to come here. What makes this place so special is the people. Everyone is incredibly kind, open, and welcoming. They're also amazing at listening to your needs and always very responsive whenever you need help or have a question. You really feel heard and cared for. İt was one of my favorite volunteering experience. I met with a lot of people from all corners of the world. I was always waiting dinner time in Blue house. That was wonderful atmosphere.if you like being in nature, you will like here so much. I will miss the reading book in amazing fountain view, funny conversations, cake times... I hope I can come here again :)

I had to leave much earlier than planned due to some personal issues I had to deal with. It was entirely unrelated to the host or the volunteering conditions. The staff was very kind, welcoming, and understanding of my situation, and for that I am extremely grateful. the community is a very vibrant community and I would definitely recommend this place to volunteers who are looking for a very social experience!

It's hard to explain my experience in such a short comment. This is a very special place: the forest and gardens, the sense of community, and the shared daily life with the other volunteers really made me feel at home. Regarding the work, there is really a place for everyone, wether you prefer outdoor and are super extroverted, or more chill and quiet stuff. Also the team is super flexible and they always listen to your needs and preferences. I worked most of my time at the cafe and I love it. I will remember my time here with love and gratitude 🫶🏻

Esse tempo em Sammatz foi realmente precioso para mim, pude aprender muitas coisas através do contato com a natureza, com os animais e com a vida em comunidade. É um lugar que transmite muita paz, você não percebe o tempo passar e as conexões que você faz são realmente profundas. As pessoas são sempre pacientes e estão tentando se conectar de alguma maneira. É um espaço que promove muitos aprendizados, inclusive o de idiomas. Algumas tarefas podem ser mais pesadas do que outras, mas tudo é facilmente conversado e flexível e você ainda pode fazer horas extras e receber por isso. Obrigada!

Uma belíssima experiencia imersiva com a natureza e tbm com uma troca cultural intensa, vc trabalha bastante mas não sente tanto as horas passar, as vezes pode ser cansativo mas vale muito a pena pq além de sair da sua rotina e vida normal vc sai ganhando em muitos aspectos!

Let's just say I've extended my stay and I don't know when I'll leave haha. LOVE IT here. Most stunning gardens I've ever seen. Great facilities and food. I feel well taken care of. Full heartedly recommended

Sammatz superó mis expectativas en todo sentido, más allá del lugar (que es increíble) las personas que conocí durante esta experiencia, hicieron de sammatz un lugar mágico. Lo recomiendo como primer voluntariado con los ojos cerrados, están siempre abiertos a escuchar, ayudar y preocuparse por los voluntarios, muy contento y agradecido con la experiencia.
