It was my first experience as a volunteer and I couldn't ask for a better one. Sammatz is an amazing place where you can do different jobs and meet a lot of people from all around the world. The people who live and work there are very nice and helpful. I met a lot of new amazing people and new great friends that become like a family with whom i will stay in contact. I'll come back for sure !

My time in Sammatz was amazing :) I spent one month there and would definitely go back again! I met so many friendly people from around the world and felt at home. The tasks vary every day - a schedule is sent out every night. I talked with my mentor Hannah about what I enjoyed doing and what I didn't and I got to do more work in the garden and with the animals, which I loved. Volunteers usually work six hours a day and have two days off. In my free time, I went to Berlin, Lüneburg, and bike rides to a nearby town and river.

It was a wonderful experience, Sammatz is a magical place and the people I met and lived with are magnificent, I love them so much and will definitely come back.

It was a very different experience. The tasks are very diverse. You may have to work in the garden, in the kitchen, with animals, cleaning, etc. The tasks are simple, but some can be tiring, depending on the person. There are no complaints about the place or the staff. The only thing to be aware of is that the working hours are almost never consecutive, and there are sometimes breaks between activities. Estuve 5 semanas y ha sido de las mejores experiencias de mi vida. Al principio tenía mucho miedo porque al ir sola no sabía si iba a ser 100% seguro pero todo lo contrario, fui bien recibida por todos y conocí a mucha gente que se convirtieron en familia en muy poco tiempo :) Si que es verdad que hay mucho trabajo y siempre hay cosas que hacer pero merece la pena todo lo demás

I loved every moment I spent in Sammatz, the people who live there are very communicative and understanding towards volunteers. The contact with nature and local culture is without a doubt spectacular. I want to thank you for the incredible friendships I made in this place, I will never forget the moments we shared together as a family. Thank you for everything I was able to experience in this charming place.

Una experiencia hermosa, la comunidad y los voluntarios te reciben muy bien y se nota el esfuerzo que realizan para mantenerte cómodo y feliz... El lugar es muy bonito y las tareas son fáciles. En lo personal al inicio fue muy abrumado por la cantidad de voluntarios y a la hora de preparar la cena que es un poco caótico, pero con el tiempo se hace más fácil :) Espero volver en algún momento

The best experience in Sammatz. The place is completely beautiful and u can make a lot of friends from all of the world. 22 different nationalities been volunteering in the same time and that's a was really awesome. I really enjoyed my time here. Caro, Gabo, Kamal and Arantxa always in my heart ❤️
