È stata un'esperienza meravigliosa e molto rilassante. Il lavoro era abbastanza facile e, a volte, persino rilassante. La posizione è bellissima, con spiagge incredibili. Elise è una persona gentile e accogliente, e si può davvero dire che ha messo molto amore e cura in questo posto.

Lavorare con Elise è stato meraviglioso. Lei è molto flessibile riguardo agli orari di lavoro e a ciò che ci si aspetta. Non ha mai avuto problemi quando chiedevo giorni liberi specifici per viaggiare. L'alloggio era fantastico, con la mia camera da letto. Mi è piaciuto anche lavorare con l'altra volontaria Oriana.

Elise è stata l'ospite più gentile che si possa avere. Lei si prende davvero cura di te e ti accoglie sempre con un sorriso! Il lavoro è divertente e facile e hai molto tempo libero per fare surf e esplorare l'area. 10/10 come ospite e una grande raccomandazione per chiunque voglia vivere ed esplorare Baleal e Ferrel, posti bellissimi. Inoltre ha un gatto carino!

I had an amazing time at the guest house. It was hands down my best volunteer experience so far. The facilities are cozy, comfortable, and perfectly located. Elise is a wonderful host, super friendly, easygoing, and very organized. The tasks are chill and clearly explained, leaving plenty of free time to enjoy the surroundings. Surfboards, wetsuits, and bikes are all available to borrow anytime, which makes the experience even better. My favorite part, though, was cuddling with Lila, Elise's adorable kitty. I would absolutely love to come back one day.

La casa degli ospiti sarebbe una scelta fantastica per qualsiasi volontario. La tua anfitrione Elise è calorosa, accogliente e molto incoraggiante durante il soggiorno. L'alloggio è accogliente e ha tutto ciò di cui hai bisogno per sentirti a tuo agio. La città è pittoresca ed è a breve distanza a piedi dalla spiaggia. Le attività includono alcuni check-in/check-out, pittura e mantenere pulito il terreno. Hai molto tempo libero per uscire ed esplorare o seguire lezioni di surf locali. Ancora meglio, Elise ha il miglior gatto, Lela, per tenerti compagnia durante il soggiorno! Grazie per tutto, Elise e Lela ❤️

Elise è stata fantastica. Una persona molto gentile.
Ha spiegato quali erano i nostri compiti per la giornata ed è stata sempre lì per rispondere a qualsiasi domanda avessimo avuto.
Sono riuscito a mantenere il posto pulito mentre lasciavamo tutto pronto per la primavera.
Pittura, spazzare, aspirare.
Amo Lela, il suo gatto e è stato un piacere prendermi cura di lei.
Raccomanderei sicuramente la casa degli ospiti.
Inoltre l'atmosfera della città è fantastica.
Una piccola città di surf.

It was my first Worldpackers experience and the bar has been set high. Elise is an incredible host, very sweet and understanding. The tasks are super easy and I learned a lot about maintaining a guest house. I had such a wonderful time meeting other team members, the guests, surfing, and learning from Elise. I cannot recommend this experience enough! If you want a mega chill surfing getaway, this one is for you. Thank you Elise and the guest house for being so amazing! I would definitely come back 🧡🫶.

Kesha è stata una grande volontaria! Tutto è andato molto liscio, lei è sempre stata sorridente e desiderosa di aiutare. Ha fatto un po' di pittura, fai-da-te (DIY), si è occupata delle tante, tante piante! Ha anche aiutato con check-out, lavanderia, pulizie e check-in.
È affidabile, amichevole e laboriosa! Rispetta la casa, è pulita e ordinata, si è molto intesa con gli altri volontari e gli ospiti.
Potrei anche lasciarla prendersi cura della casa e del gatto mentre erano via per qualche giorno. In tutto, un volontario 10 stelle! Grazie!

Elise & the guest house offers a chill atmosphere mixed with a relaxed vibe, the hours are simple with very straight forward tasks. Volunteering for me involved restoration, a skill of mine. Elise is clear, direct and just a pleasure of a host. My free time consisted of chatting with guest/other volunteers, see the loving village of Ferrel from its quaint bakeries/ cafes to the tasty restaurants and when the waves were pumping I would go to Baleal & surf on it many beaches. My time was short yet I made great friends & amazing memories. I would return in a heartbeat!!

I absolutely loved my stay at ethics !! elise is extremely friendly, very chill and nice , and is really well organized on what your tasks are. everything was lovely , the chores, the abmiance, the guesthouse , the town , the facilities.... highly highly recomended , it was a great and fun experience!!!!

I had such a great time at Elise's! The house is so peaceful and cozy, a truly special place! I totally recommend it to anyone looking for a calm and inspiring experience. The tasks are very diverse (gardening, painting, cleaning…) and are easy, fun, and really respect the 3h/day. Communication was super smooth, and Elise is very warm and welcoming. I'm super grateful I could use the bikes and surfboards during low season. I was happily surprised by how dynamic Ferrel is, even though it's a small town. There's something happening somewhere almost every night! Merci beaucoup Elise!! 🥰
