Questa è stata la mia prima esperienza con Wp ed è stata semplicemente incredibile! Avevo pianificato di restare 3 settimane ma ho finito per restare 3 mesi. Mi hanno davvero fatto sentire a casa e mi hanno incluso nella loro vita quotidiana con viaggi, aperitivo con amici o mercato delle pulci la domenica. Il lavoro può essere fisicamente impegnativo, ma sicuramente fattibile. Poiché fanno tutto loro, i compiti sono molto vari e interessanti — ho imparato molto. È molto gratificante vedere i progressi. Il mio francese è migliorato molto, soprattutto la mia comprensione. Il cibo era incredibile, molto stagionale; è stato bello scoprire nuovi piatti e anche il formaggio dopo la cena

Ho trascorso un soggiorno meraviglioso da Clémentine e Manuel. Sono host molto colti e generosi, che hanno preso il tempo per farmi scoprire dei luoghi magnifici nelle vicinanze. Abbiamo avuto conversazioni interessanti a tavola e abbiamo riso molto insieme. Per quanto riguarda il lavoro, mi hanno comunicato molto chiaramente i compiti da svolgere e hanno sempre assicurato che tutto andasse bene. Clémentine e Manuel sono host incredibilmente premurosi e persone appassionate. Mi è piaciuto molto il soggiorno con loro e con Plume, la vera \"chat-star\" dei luoghi...

Nel complesso, ho avuto una buona esperienza nella casa. La casa è bella e sono riuscito/a a fare splendide escursioni nella zona. Ho anche incontrato alcuni worldpackers incredibili che erano lì anche al momento del mio soggiorno. Preparatevi a mangiare pasti/porzioni vegetariani e francesi, poiché potrebbe trattarsi di un cambiamento più piccolo o più grande a seconda della cultura alimentare a cui siete abituati. A mio avviso otterrete il massimo dall'esperienza se parlate il francese a un livello di conversazione o poco più e potrebbe essere utile praticarlo. Davvero ho potuto praticare il mio francese, cosa che è stata piacevole.

What an incredible experience. I absolutely loved the time I spent with Clémentine and Manuel at the home. Working hours were respected, the tasks were easy to complete, and the work always varied. I learned a lot about using a cement mixer. It was rewarding to see the progress that was made in just three weeks time. I was thankful to be able to practice French. Free days were spent wandering around flea markets and exploring public forests. I would happily return.

Absolutely wonderful hosts and people, Clementine and Manuel made me feel very comfortable and welcome as soon as I arrived. The work was super interesting and varied, we mixed cement, put down floors, filled and plastered walls, gardened, and so on. We had breakfast lunch and dinner together, and also would join Clementine and Manuel going to the local farmers market, flea market, and a couple of times to Uzes. Loved loved loved my time there and would definitely volunteer again if possible, hopefully next time my French will be better. 😁

I stayed with Clémentine and Manuel for three weeks. They are kind and generous people and I really enjoyed the time we shared. While there I worked on restoring parts of the house or in the garden. Clémentine and Manuel put so much time and care into each project, making everything look finished and beautiful. At times it felt like an honour to watch them work, and I'm glad to have been able to contribute. I learned a great deal from both of them. In my spare time I enjoyed going on hikes with other volunteers, as well as exploring nearby places like Uzès, Nîmes and Pont Du Gard.

Clémentine et Manuel sont à mon sens des personnes dotées d'une douceur, d'un art de vivre et d'une authenticité, ce qui m'a permis de me sentir bien et en confiance. Tout en gardant en tête que l'aide qu'on peut leur apporter est précieuse, mais qu'elle est amplement rendue par un accueil et une générosité incroyable, l'espace d'être soi et d'être confortable dans ce magnifique coin du sud de la France. Le travail est varié et évolue sous nos yeux, et je me sens fière d'avoir participé à rénover un aussi beau projet en belle compagnie, en équipe avec un autre volontaire très sympa ! Merci

I didn't have a good experience with this host, I was berated for eating a second piece of fruit for breakfast and told not to ask the other volunteer questions about what to eat. (I would have happily bought my own food). I had safety concerns because I am prior military and am “by the book” when it comes to safety. The space was dusty and could be dangerous for the lungs but we were not given ppe until I requested we mask up and all they had were surgical masks,aspestos?I was approved for safestay and I'm grateful. This was my first worldpackers experience and I regret choosing this host.

Non rispetta le regole della casa. Pensa di essere in un hotel. Si serve cibo che non è incluso nei 3 pasti. Non aiuta a preparare i pasti ma aspetta sul divano che siano pronti. Mai una cortesia o un grazie.
Per non parlare delle 4 ore che ci ha fatto perdere facendoci aspettare in macchina, perché non ha seguito le istruzioni che le avevamo dato per arrivare al punto di incontro.
Un vero disastro.
Non è lo spirito di Worldpackers.

This was my first worldpackers experience, and it could not have been more perfect! Clementine and Manuel are the best hosts anyone can have, I felt like I had known them for a long time. I learned a lot, from them, not only about renovating/gardening/etc. but also about life. All the area of the house and itd surroundings has a very calm and serene vibe and everything is really beautiful. I had an amazing experience of 1 month and for sure will be returning!

Solo les puedo agradecer por la increíble experiencia que pase, aunque fueron pocos días todo lo qué hay alrededor es increíble y puedes irte más lejos, Manuel y clementine son únicos. Gracias nunca lo olvidaré
