Vikas is both a knowledgeable and respectful host. He was able to answer all of my questions and was as well interested in my own culture and ways of understanding life. He lives with his parents and provided me with a bedroom and washroom. He made sure I was always feeling okay and showed me around the area apart from the the school. the the school is located 25 minutes by car above DLS (where Vikas lives) and has beautiful landscape. The children are amazing and participate actively in any activity that you propose. They are eager to learn, used to volunteers and very happy to have you there!

This was one of the best experiences I ever had. I had so much fun and the kids are amazing, everyone is just so nice and welcoming. The host (Vikas) is an amazing human being and tries to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. Their english is not so good, so everything you are able to teach them will make you feel very proud. This experience will make you want to go back again.

Vikas is a wonderful, one of a kind person, intelligent, kind and funny!! He helped me a lot and I'm glad I know him. My experience of staying with him was amazing. I was happy to come back again and meet everyone :) I got nothing but lovely experiences, wonderful memories and many new friends

From the day I arrived I felt so welcomed by Vikas and his family, and the children at the the school were so intelligent and sweet, it was an amazing experience to teach English here, we had delicious food every day and went out for day trips to the mountains and I met his group of lovely friends, it was an amazing experience and I'd recommend coming here if you want to experience true Indian culture

Volunteering with Vikas is a unique opportunity to know Indian people and culture. The children of the school are so lovely, pure and funny. Had great times with them. The family, the house and the food are also amazing. Furthermore, Vikas is a very good person, that always wants to help, showing touristic places and making things feel comfortable. 100% recommended!

Isabella è una persona gentile, onesta e spirituale. Ha una buona capacità di instaurare legami in poco tempo. Ha insegnato Yoga a degli studenti e li ha aiutati a parlare inglese. Apprezzo il suo entusiasmo, la sua partecipazione attiva a ogni compito assegnato e la disponibilità a dare o consegnare più di quanto ricevuto. La raccomando decisamente e le auguro buona fortuna per il suo futuro percorso di vita. Pace :)

The experience in the the school was really, really amazing. It's in a little place in the the school of nature and all kids are adorable. They want to learn all the time and at the same time they teach you a lot. About the host, Vikas is a correct person without wanting to be very close. He lives in a quite urbanization, beautiful parks around. The city is a little far from the place. I recommend the experience if you need a stop in your Indian trip and you want to experience 'western lifestyle' in India.

It was an incredible experience! I'm super happy to have met Vikas who helped me and took care of me all the time, he is an amazing person. I had unforgettable moments helping in English classes at the school. The teachers and children at the the school are super friendly and kind. They have treated me all the time with love and respect. Thanks to my host India Family who hosted me and opened the doors of their home to me as another member of the family. This volunteering is recommended! The people, the the school and the city landscapes are beautiful.

È stato un piacere lavorare con Magda. È una persona onesta, laboriosa, proattiva e meravigliosa. Porta energia, entusiasmo e impegno al lavoro. È una persona dalla mente aperta e molto socievole. I had an amazing experience during my stay ;) the the school is great, the staff are very friendly, kids are wonderful, a bit mischievous but well meaning and kind!! The landscapes and hills are soo beautiful, every hike was a pleasure. And I'm really happy to call Vikas my friend now!! He's a wonderful person, caring, kind, talented, intelligent and soo funny!! Personally, it has been an amazing experience not only for the volunteering itself, but for the hospitality, generosity and above all, the friendly atmosphere all of them showed me during my whole stay. I felt like at home with Vikas and all his circle of friends/family and I had an incredible time with the lovely students of the the school. If I can, I will be back again for sure :)

Ainhoa è una persona attiva, socievole e simpatica. Gli studenti hanno apprezzato molto giocare e ballare con lei. È molto curiosa di conoscere e capire le altre culture, le persone e le loro lingue. Siamo tutti passati un bel momento insieme a lei. La raccomando sicuramente e ci piacerebbe riaverla qui. In bocca al lupo per il suo futuro.

I had a wonderful time at the the school, the kids were so nice and overall the experience was great! Tip for future volunteers: the kids will give you 10000 presents, so leave a little space in your luggage and maybe bring something to gift them back ;)

Sei una persona gentile e hai un buon cuore, Paulina :) . Tutte noi abbiamo trascorso insieme a te un tempo molto piacevole. Le alunne delle classi sesta e settima sono innamorate di te e ti mancheranno sicuramente di più. Grazie per aver condiviso quel tempo meraviglioso con noi. Sicuramente ci piacerebbe rivederti in futuro. I migliori auguri :)
