Our little eco/glamping/agriturismo/farm all in one is located in one of the most beautiful places of Italy, in Maremma, Tuscany.
We make our living by renting our eco structures such as yurts, tepee, tree house, wooden houses a wheel house and small apartments.
We have an olive grove, vegetable garden, chickens, dog and cat. And two kids, too, so we are never bored.

Our needs change with every season, therefore it is difficult to say exactly what we expect for a given period. In all cases, there will be a variety of different tasks.
Most of the work requires at least basic cleaning skill. The rest, like ability to work with tools, or skills managing vegetable garden or pruning are optional. You are here to learn. In summer time (June to September), we are very busy with our guests and therefore lots of work is dedicated to cleaning and serving food. Spring and autumn are more about the farm.
Although we love to share meals, but time is precious so we ask volunteers to cook their own meals (our expense) at the kitchen provided to them. We buy the food (vegetarian or vegan), you cook. I am sorry, but we do not buy meat. We will happily provide alternative sources of protein.
Please be aware that we are living in countryside where transportation is limited. The position is suited for nature lovers, not for city folks.
We like to get things done in the morning with an afternoon and evening free. This is true especially in summer, when we serve breakfast to tourists and when we need to clean rooms for new arrivals.
We try to be flexible when volunteers have special requests, and we also ask for flexibility. Some days are shorter, some longer depending on the work needs. However, the hours will always balance out.
No smoking, please. If you do smoke, this may be a good opportunity to detox. Alternatively, this may not be the right place for you.
No drugs, and no alcohol on the farm.
