Le ore di lavoro sono lunghe, di solito iniziano alle 8 del mattino, con circa 6–8 ore di lavoro attivo per giorno. Ti è anche richiesto di essere disponibile per tutto il giorno per check-in o emergenze, quindi può sembrare che tu sia sempre attivo. Le persone sono amichevoli e accoglienti, e l'esperienza può essere gratificante se ti piace essere completamente immerso in un progetto.

I really enjoyed my time in the guest house, unfortunately I had to leave early because of some family matters but the time I spent there was amazing. The people in Gratteri are so welcoming and really made the trip for me.

The hotel is located about 40 minutes from Cefalu, the community is lovely. Nature, and the sights are wonderful and it's great for learning Italian. You will work more hours than agreed, and communication was really lacking. The house for volunteers only had running water in the morning and the bathroom didn't work.
