Ho trascorso un mese incredibile presso l'ospite Kite and Surf! Fin dall'inizio mi sono sentito a casa — sembra davvero una grande famiglia. Tutti sono super accoglienti, flessibili e ti fanno sentire incluso. È facile conoscere altri volontari, fare amicizia e connettersi con i locali. Il mio compito principale era aiutare con la colazione, il che è stato facile e non stressante, con molto tempo libero per godersi la spiaggia. Puoi prendere in prestito tavole da surf in qualsiasi momento, e il team ti incoraggia a provare cose nuove, come il kitesurf. Ho trascorso un periodo fantastico e consiglierei sicuramente questo posto! 🫶🏼

Ho avuto la migliore esperienza di primo volontariato qui: questo posto è pieno di persone incredibili che lo fanno sentire come una grande famiglia che si prende cura l'uno dell'altro. I compiti sono molto flessibili e aiuti principalmente con quello che è necessario e con le tue stesse competenze. Ho avuto una camera comoda lì per soggiornarvi e avevano anche il ristorante più incredibile di sempre, dove si poteva facilmente prendere uno snack o una cena. Ho solo amore e cose buone per questo posto e mi piacerebbe tornare un giorno

Sono stato/a da My Way per quasi 2 mesi, è stata la mia prima esperienza di volontariato e mi sono sentito/a parte di una famiglia sin dal primo giorno. È un posto fantastico per crescere e imparare nuovi sport o nuove attività. Sono stato/a qui durante la stagione bassa, quindi c'era molta libertà su ciò che si poteva fare durante il turno, avendo la possibilità di esprimersi anche con fai-da-te, pittura, restauro di skateboard, ecc. La consiglio sicuramente; ho avuto l'opportunità di conoscere molte persone speciali e ho lasciato qui un pezzetto del mio cuore :)

Mi estadia en el anfitrión fue llena de diversion , siempre hay algo que hacer o aprender , aunque no quize hacer mucho kite , mejore mi surf y aprendi a andar de skate , no es solo un equipo el que trabaja alli , sino que tambien la gente del restaurante es miembro de este equipo y conviven diariamente , te sentiras dentro de una pelicula y si quieres ayudar hay mucha flexibilidad y orden desde mi estadia todo a mejorado y seguira asi ! I had almost two months of one of my best experiences traveling. I met volunteers, employees, guests and customers who became friends. Karaoke and Kebab nights, learning a new language, boat trips, cooking together, card games, surfing despite the cold and having fun. Although having had a lot of work every day by not having many volunteers in the low season, it was still possible to enjoy Aveiro and I'm very grateful to have been part of the host family, I will definitely be back soon.

It was a very nice experience, even if unfortunately I had to stop it before the deadline. The team is fantastic, I immediately felt like I was in the family, I heartily recommend it

I had no expectations when decided to go to the host but it really got me! I felt really welcome by the people there and had a lot of fun during my stay: Karaoke nights, playing la bamba around the bonfire, skating around... it was really nice! the place itself is a bit far from everything but you will be able to borrow bikes, skates or maybe even the car to go shopping or visiting the places you want. you also get a good coffee and a nice bread everyday. Laura is a lovely person that will be looking after you making sure you have all you need 🫶 thanks for everything guys!!

My time in the host was awesome! You feel part of the family the moment you arrive, Laura and mathias were such AMAZING host! They give you a lot of authonomy and trust, you have flexibility to choose your tasks and schedules (as long as you communicate of course), they give space for clear dialogue and they truly hear you and try their best to make you feel comfortable and safe. You have full access to everything the kitesurf the host provides, you have discount in the bar/restaurant and the vibes are totally incredible. I couldnt have had a better time. Seriously. Gonna miss everyone tremendously

My way fue una buena experiencia en general, tuve oportunidad de conocer personas increíbles y generar amistades muy lindas, practiqué deportes y actividades como así también conocí más de Portugal y sus alrededores, el único inconveniente fue el esquema de horarios de los voluntarios dado que no era muy claro y a veces pretendían que demos más de lo acordado, pero todo se podía conversar y arreglar. Para un futuro mejoraría la organización y la claridad.

Molti worldpackers si sono candidati a questa posizione recentemente. L'host probabilmente non sarà in grado di rispondere a tutte le candidature, quindi ti consigliamo di candidarti anche ad altri host nella nostra comunità e non solo a questo :)
