Esta experiencia ha sido una de las mejor que he vivido, todo el mundo se ha portado genial con nosotras y hemos tenido la oportunidad de conocer gente de todo el mundo mientras trabajábamos en el hostal que por cierto es maravilloso y único. Hay un ambiente mágico que se contagia en las personas y crea un lugar seguro e inolvidable, ademas la cuidad es preciosa y tiene mucho encanto además de tener buena comunicaciones para poder visitar en los días libres ciudades de los alrededores. Recomiendo muchísimo esta experiencia por que ha sido maravillosa y no hemos sentido como en casa.

Since the first moment I arrived to Bamberg I felt very welcome by Tom and Maren (the hosts). From the first day the tasks were very well explained. The vibe of the hostel was lovely and I felt very comfortable every time. Bamberg is a beautiful city with a nice atmosphere where I met a lot of people. Without a doubt I recommend this experience 100%.

The tasks arent hard at all, but there's a difference between cleaning and housekeeping, as well as other responsibilities. If it states 10 per week, it should be just that, but its isnt. If it specifies cleaning rather than housekeeping, then housekeeping shouldn't be expected. Likewise, any repairs or help assembling a bunk bed for example, shouldn't be requested either. I also didn't expected the host to knock on my bedroom's door after 9:30pm, especially as Im only meant to be volunteering 2 hours a day. also make sure you have specific VOLUNTEER VISA if you're not European citizen.

Molti worldpackers si sono candidati a questa posizione recentemente. L'host probabilmente non sarà in grado di rispondere a tutte le candidature, quindi ti consigliamo di candidarti anche ad altri host nella nostra comunità e non solo a questo :)
