Menseur e la sua famiglia sono molto accoglienti e gentili e mi è piaciuto trascorrere del tempo con i suoi figli e nell'ostello. Le persone che arrivano portano buona energia e ottieni tutto ciò che ci metti dentro.
È importante però essere comunicativi quando si tratta di avere bisogno di pause o riposo; il carico di lavoro non è male e le aspettative sono ragionevoli finché esprimi le tue esigenze e richieste. Anche Menseur e sua moglie danno una mano molto, e nei momenti in cui faticavo, sono stati felici di intervenire e prendere più lavoro.

Che esperienza incredibile! L'ostello è bellissimo, e Mensur e la sua famiglia sono persone meravigliose. Sono stati sempre così gentili, accoglienti e attenti a tutto. Sono davvero grato per il tempo trascorso lì e per tutte le persone incredibili che ho avuto la possibilità di incontrare. Grazie mille per tutto! È stata davvero una bellissima esperienza.

La mia esperienza al Hostel Center è stata eccellente. Mensur e tutta la sua famiglia mi hanno trattato meravigliosamente. La comunicazione è stata sempre buona, il che ha reso tutto molto più facile. Ulcinj è sicuramente un posto da visitare, ed è abbastanza gestibile perché i compiti non sono affatto complicati e hai tutto il tempo per completarli. Grazie per l'opportunità e per aver reso la mia prima esperienza di volontariato una memoria così meravigliosa.

Bel ostello e una famiglia gentile, ma la mia esperienza è stata molto impegnativa e scomoda. Non c'erano orari di lavoro fissi né giorni di riposo; mi aspettavano costantemente di fare cose. Un altro volontario se ne è andato a causa degli stessi problemi, lasciandomi da solo durante l'alta stagione. Ho lavorato al minimo dalle 8:30 alle 14:00, pulendo, rifacendo i letti, 4 dormitori, 4 bagni e camere private + bagni; portando fuori la spazzatura, mettendo vestiti e lenzuole ad asciugare tutto il giorno, ricevendo gli ospiti. Dovevo avvisare ogni volta che uscivo. Non potevo semplicemente riposare; dovevo uscire per questo. Il problema principale era la mancanza di confini; pensano che sia lavoro, non volontariato. Sono partita presto.

Im very happy with my experience here. I was looking for a social role in a hostel but they offered me a family, great work environment and the host Mensur is very kind and a very good friend. Anything you need he's always open to listen and his idea is to make this hostel even better. I recommend this place for volunteering, the tasks are simple and you will get to know tons of people which is the best thing about this experience, make friends and create memories. Recommend it 100%

I came here unexpectedly because another host cancelled on me at the last minute, and I'm so glad I did! The hostel is really beautiful and relaxed and all of the guests were so kind and friendly. Most of the guests were solo travelers so it was easy to make friends to go out and explore with. Mensur is very generous and kind, and his family are so sweet and welcoming! He is always calm and happy and treats volunteers and guests respectfully. The work is pretty simple since it is a smaller hostel, just cleaning the rooms and a couple of check ins day. I will miss this place for sure!

Mensur and his family at the hostel are extremely welcoming and kind. They made me feel at ease in Ulcinj right away. The work is exactly as described and leaves plenty of time to explore the city and surrounding area. Mensur has lots of helpful information about the city and made working here an enjoyable time. I highly recommend this experience to anyone looking to come to Montenegro and have a pleasant stay :) I look forward to coming to visit again someday!
