I spent a bit over a month at the organization and I can 100% recommend volunteering there. The place is truly special hidden in the hills near aljezur, completely immersed in nature. I volunteered in the building team and helped produce adobe bricks for 1 month as a preparation for a natural building course in which I also participated. For me it was really the perfect fit, I learned a lot and made amazing memories whilst living in the community. Mario and Joana created a beautiful home for their family and the volunteers who stay there. I hope I get to be back someday! Thanks for everything!

I had an amazing time in Quinta the organization. I will be always grateful to all the team for the love and energy that allowed us to create a beautiful atmosphere. The place is like heaven and Mario, Johana and Javi are very kind. The only thing I have to say is about the meals, we didn't have a "proper" dinner. We had access to the lunch leftovers but sometimes it wasn't enough for everybody so we had to buy food at supermarket. Thank you Quinta <3

Il tuo commento riguardo al cibo è un po' sorprendente, principalmente perché eri per lo più a aiutare nel team di cucina e incaricata di portare gli ingredienti affinché gli altri possano cenare nella piccola cucina. Come sai, la nostra comunità fornisce ingredienti per 3 pasti semplici ed equilibrati al giorno: colazione, pranzo e cena. Cuciniamo il pranzo per tutti e facciamo del nostro meglio per fornire gli ingredienti di base affinché tutti cucinino una colazione e una cena equilibrate ma semplici. Non offriamo tutto ciò che ognuno potrebbe desiderare in base ai propri gusti personali. Abbiamo una chiara comprensione di ciò che è un pasto appropriato e qualsiasi cosa qualcuno possa voler aggiungere è invitato a portarla. Ancora una volta, offriamo una dieta equilibrata, nutrizionale e semplice. Comprendiamo la sensazione di un ottimo pranzo quando lo stiamo preparando e che le persone potrebbero sentirsi molto felici con questo cibo, poi restare indietro a cena quando sono loro a essere invitati a cucinare per se stessi.

Mi experiencia en Quinta la organización superó mis expectativas. Disfruté de conectar con personas muy buenas de distintas partes del mundo, explorar la granja y sus alrededores, y también aprender muchos tips en la cocina. Recomiendo esta experiencia muchísimo.

Mi experiencia con Joana y Mario en Quinta la organización fue increíble! Desde el momento en que llegué, su actitud empática y acogedora hizo que me sintiera como en casa. An amazing experience in a magic place in the nature. I've meet a lot of kind people. Mario and Joana are so courteous. We was around fifteen volunteers and we had incredible moments. I loved the energy of this experience

Quinta the organization is a beautiful place to connect with yourself, nature and other travellers. The tasks are clearly outlined and everyone is willing to assist you when needed. I felt comfortable and welcomed during my stay. The beaches around the farm (not walking distance) are also really beautiful. The overall energy of Quinta the organization is uplifting and relaxed.

Quinta the organization is in a beautiful area in nature and it was amazing for meeting people from around the world. The hosts were welcoming & kind. There was some tension with some volunteers due to communication issues from both sides. The work depends on your team, I loved working in the kitchen & the roomcare team was also good but the hours were more variable. Getting around could be a challenge when you couldn't get a lift, but it's part of the experience and I was never bored. Overall, I had a good time here exploring the area with beautiful people.
