It was a wonderful experience; I lived with a truly good family in the village near the Ngong Hills. We did activities together every day, including preparing food, gardening, and more. The safehouse with the girls was amazing, the children are fantastic and very sweet. I would go again!

Roxanne dalla Grecia è stata molto gentile e affettuosa; siamo riusciti a mostrarle la nostra comunità e l'abbiamo portata alle Ngong Hills e le è piaciuta molto, poiché la nostra scuola era chiusa all'epoca. Ha acquistato i gioielli delle vedove per aiutarle ad acquistare cibo. Ci mancherai.

I stayed for 2 weeks with Jonathan and his family living at their house. I helped his wife with house work: cooking, laundry, cleaning, etc. They took me to some community meetings in which I met wonderful people and another volunteer. My last days I went to a school in which I could teach (English, Maths...) and here I met some people from Australia and USA. They also taught me many things about their culture and took me to do some tourism. I'm gonna miss so much this family!!

Raquel dalla Spagna è rimasta a casa mia ed è stata una volontaria molto gentile, disposta ad aiutare a casa mia, nel mio villaggio e nella nostra scuola locale. È riuscita a portare via alcuni gioielli fatti a mano dalle nostre ragazze salvate e dalle vedove. La mia famiglia l'ha voluta bene e ci mancherà. Grazie, Raquel, per essere stata con noi.
