L'expérience en général est très bonne. Je la recommande totalement. Les bons aspects : l'endroit, les tâches à faire et les personnes du le le centre sont très agréables, serviables et disponibles pour aider les bénévoles en tout ce qui concerne les tâches de bénévolat. La paix et le calme sont des caractéristiques centrales pour profiter de l'expérience. Un excellent endroit pour la lecture et la le le le centre. Les aspects subjectifs : l'endroit est loin des grandes villes, donc profiter d'être isolé est fondamental pour profiter de l'expérience. Le repas est complètement végétarien.

I stayed for over a month and helped in different teams, from cleaning and kitchen to communications. Tasks and schedules were always clear and well organized. The kitchen could be more intense, but everything was manageable. I appreciated the chance to meditate, attend teachings, and speak with monks, while practicing my English and French. It's a peaceful place to connect with spirituality and community. You can also enjoy the forest and bicycles. Grateful for this experience. I'd definitely come again <3

Des rencontres et moments magiques, des enseignements et méditations enrichissant/e/s, Un lieu/environnement paisible, énormément de douceur et de bienveillance et le travail est vraiment simple et sans stress! Desde México, mil vees . Le Mans está muy cerca, y es un buen lugar sobre todo para alejarte del ruido cotidiano y meditar. Aquí te encontrarás con mucha tranquilidad y también mucha naturaleza alrededor para disfrutar y relajarte. Muy recomendable para aprender francés todos te ayudan y corrigen sin problema. Recomendado, las tareas no son difíciles, el castillo está hermoso y son siempre muy comprensibles para cualquier problema.

Life is full of surprises, and this experience truly surprised me. It was my first time in a Buddhist the Center. I learned a lot about Buddhism and the Center here, meditations are mostly in French, but they offer in English as well. I am very happy that I came here to volunteer, and I made many wonderful international friendships. I highly recommend this place for volunteering — it is very peaceful and beautifully isolated from the outside world. Thank you for everything the Center!!
