Questa è stata la mia prima esperienza worldpackers e non avrei potuto immaginare un inizio migliore! Anche se ti diverti molto con gli altri volontari, ti radichi e ti metti a tuo agio (fisicamente e mentalmente) a un livello così profondo. Le meditazioni e gli insegnamenti sono stati fantastici e mi hanno insegnato molto sulla mia pace interiore, anche se in passato avevo dedicato molto tempo all'auto-radicamento e alla riflessione. Qui ognuno è così creativo e il tempo con gli altri è sempre nutriente e mai stancante. Ora mi sento pronto per tutte le mie prossime esperienze. Un grande grazie a tutti coloro che hanno fatto parte di questa esperienza!

Mi sono sentito molto bene ad essere al Kadampa Centre. Tutte le persone che ho incontrato sono state davvero incredibili e accoglienti. È la destinazione perfetta se vuoi conoscere persone da tutto il mondo e trovare la felicità:). Il lavoro era perfettamente realizzabile e tutti si sono assicurati che ti divertissi mentre lo facevi. Ho trascorso un periodo indimenticabile lì!

L'esperienza è fortemente consigliata; l'atmosfera in generale con i monaci, gli ospiti e i volontari è molto piacevole e arricchente.
Preparati per un'immersione culturale globale e una crescita spirituale significativa (se vuoi provarci, c'è l'opzione). Ma sicuramente godrai di quello spazio di pace e stabilità ❤️

The experience at the Center has been one of the best in my life. From the first moment I arrived, I was amazed by the beauty and calmness of the place. The monks are kind and understanding, and the work is enjoyable, with many areas where you can contribute. I worked in the kitchen and really enjoyed it. I also loved the Gyalwang Q&A in English and the moments of Talking with the monks whenever I met them. But above all, what made this experience truly special were the wonderful bonds I created with the other volunteers. I feel deeply grateful and will always carry this experience in my heart.

Fue mi primer voluntariado y no pude haber escogido mejor lugar 💗 Todos en el centro son súper amables, reciben muy bien a los voluntarios, los horarios de trabajo son respetados, las comidas son bien servidas y siempre tienes snacks Perfecto si quieres desconectar de la ciudad y conocer gente increíble de todos lados del mundo. Estoy muy agradecida con esta experiencia y sería un lugar al que volvería definitivamente

Volunteering at the Center was truly one of the most rewarding and peaceful experiences I've ever had. The environment is incredibly calm, and even though I'm not Buddhist, I found the optional the Center sessions to be a great way to slow down and clear my mind. The work schedule was really well organized. It never felt stressful, and there was plenty of free time to relax, explore the nearby villages, or hang out with friends. I appreciated the balance between helping out and having time to enjoy the area. I'm really grateful I got the chance to volunteer here and would definitely return

This place is so special and it was an amazing experience for me. All the people are so nice and kind. They host a lot of volunteers so it's a great way to socialize. If you like peace, and also social interactions, this is the right place to come!

The experience I had at the Center was awesome! Everyone was always super friendly and the food was very good. This place is great for meeting other travellers as well as locals and you can spend a lot of time with them. I would highly recommend this volunteering opportunity!
