The hostel is very well located, the staff and managers are all very friendly and helpful. The exchange gives you room and board (2 meals) which are delicious and food from the hostel's restaurant. The job is mostly being in events at night where there's parties all night so if you like to party. This is the right spot!

Minha experiência no the hostel foi incrível! Como primeiro voluntariado no começo não sabia se seria capaz de seguir até o fim, mas ao final o sentimento que fica é de satisfação e boas memórias. A equipe é muito simpática e acolhedora e nos tratam como hóspedes. As horas de trabalho são seguidas e disponibilizam escala semanal. Qualquer mudança de horário que precise é só comunicar. O local é um party hostel e o trabalho é animar a festa então precisa gostar, ter energia e estar disposto a abraçar a proposta do hostel.

I had a fun time volunteering here at the hostel. Being part of a party promoting team is one of the most easiest volunteer jobs I had volunteering at a hostel. You just get guests to participate in the activities...very easy. I enjoyed the free breakfast and lunch meals they give to volunteers which is nice and the work hours which starts late at night (8-1 or 10- 3 am) gives you enough time in the day to explore and do things in Lima. If you're outgoing and love partying, this is perfect for you. I recommend it.

Minha experiência foi muito boa! Lugar excelente, pessoas legais, comida ótima, trabalho justo. Recomendo demais, com certeza voltarei se tiver a oportunidade. Vale lembrar que é um party hostel, com festas todos os dias, então tem que gostar de festa e ter energia, mas vale muito a pena. O único ponto negativo em alguns momentos foi a comunicação, vão perceber que em alguns pontos ela poderia ser melhor, mas isso não prejudicou nossa estadia em nenhum momento, é só não ter medo de perguntar e todos vão estar dispostos a te ajudar. A toda equipe do hostel, muito obrigado por tudo!!!

Nossa experiência no hostel Lima foi incrível! Toda equipe é extremamente simpática e acolhedora, o quarto dos voluntários e a comida que recebemos é igual a dos hóspedes, ambos muitos bons! A região do hostel é ótima, muitos restaurantes, mercados e parques para passear. Andando 15 minutos chegamos a uma praia, e podemos visitar outras usando transporte público ou por aplicativo. Os horários de trabalho são cumpridos a risca com escalas semanais, e conseguimos até mudar a nossa vaga que inicialmente era apenas para animar festas e intercalamos com produção de conteúdo. Recomendo muito!

Esta fue una gran experiencia para mi cada noche fue un aventura si te gusta la diversión y comunidad este es un lugar donde siempre estarás de buenas. La gente fue muy amable y no fue difícil hacer el trabajo pedido si eres una persona con mucha energy y te gusta ser parte del ambiente y también ser el ambiente este establecimiento te hará sentir como una pińata, siempre de fiesta y lista para quebrar en la pista de baile. Definitivamente regresar y comería de los ricos platillos que le doy gracias a dios de haber tenido. También está a un lado de la playa, perfecto! Thank you el hostel <3

My experience at the hostel was a real pleasure. I got along quick and very well with the staff, everyone is smiling and welcoming and I had great times welcoming the hosts and partying with everyone, while still having plenty of free time to discover Lima properly. The facilities are comfortables, the food is GREAT (shoutout to the restauration team, you made my stay here even better, thanks) and management is kind with clear indications. I strongly recommend volunteering, or travelling here! Thanks for everything big love from France, and hopefully see y'all again.

Meu voluntariado no hostel foi incrível, tem que ter muita energia e gostar bastante de festas porque é muito cansativo, mas a experiência valeu cada segundo, com certeza recomendo, tive contato com diversas pessoas e fiz amigos que espero levar pra vida toda. O café da manhã e almoço são ótimos, os horários são muito bem cumpridos e também melhorei meu espanhol eu um nível absurdo. Agradeço a todos pela recepção e principalmente a Nataly que foi uma ótima anfitriã, muito simpática e compreensiva, sempre acolhedora, quem estiver em dúvidas eu digo: só vai!! Já estou com saudades! ❤️

We had a great time at (Lima) the hostel and it saddens me to say that the same hospitality was not received in Mancora. We were told that we would have a great time, and after doing so well in Lima, we decided to go. After only just arriving, we were kicked us out over false accusations and prejudice by 2 volunteers ( the others agreed that they also didn't want us there. )The administrator did not have proof and refused to hear our side, but was adamant that we had to go. We were very disappointed and heart broken by the treatment. This was very unprofessional and has marred my experience.
