È stata un’esperienza incredibile fare volontariato per questa famiglia. La posizione consisteva nel metà del tempo a insegnare e fare scuola a casa ai bambini e nell’altra metà a prendersi cura del giardino della proprietà. Le ore erano dalle 9:00 alle 14:00, con pranzo in famiglia verso le 14:30; di solito preparano buon cibo. Si trova a circa un’ora di treno o autobus da Madrid, il che è divertente da visitare quando si ha tempo, e Aranjuez è una città davvero carina. I bambini sono davvero intelligenti e impegnati nell’apprendimento e è stato divertente ideare lezioni per loro.

Stare in fattoria è stato molto bello e allo stesso tempo turbolento. La comunicazione resta una competenza da continuare a sviluppare da entrambe le parti (dei volontari e degli host). I compiti non sono al 100% didattici poiché potrebbero esserci altri volontari al momento in cui sei lì, quindi possono variare con lavori domestici, giardinaggio o ciò che è necessario. Sono molto flessibili con gli orari e ti integrano anche nel nucleo familiare. È importante sottolineare che si tratta di un ambiente familiare, quindi lo stress e le responsabilità che hanno Joseph e Anca possono essere molti. Ritorna alla ragazza.

Così tanto quanto avrei amato lasciare una recensione a 5 stelle, non posso davvero farlo. grazie a joseph e anca per avermi aperto la vostra casa e per aver preparato pasti separati per me dato che non mangio carne di maiale. ho davvero apprezzato il cibo fatto in casa, i loro dolci bambini e la settimana del campo estivo con i bambini. tuttavia non ho apprezzato il modo in cui io e alcuni degli altri worldpackers siamo stati trattati, e ci sono state diverse incomprensioni durante il soggiorno. ho anche trovato irrispettoso ascoltare conversazioni su di noi come volontari tra gli host. nel complesso non è stato il peggiore ma nemmeno il migliore.

Muchas gracias Joseph, Anca, Joe, Emma & Rebeca; Ho avuto una splendida esperienza culturale soggiornando a casa vostra! I bambini sono dolci, curiosi e brillanti, rendendo l'istruzione a casa una gioia (con alcune discussioni di tempo in tempo, naturalmente!). Joseph e Anca sono molto premurosi e mi hanno fatto sentire parte della famiglia. Ho lavorato da lunedì a venerdì dalle 9:00 alle 14:00 e potevo facilmente conciliare il lavoro con tutoraggio online. La posizione vicino ad Aranjuez è bellissima, con opportunità di godere dell'aria aperta, esplorare la storia locale e visitare Madrid. È anche un ottimo posto per praticare lo spagnolo, poiché Joseph e Anca hanno molta pazienza.

It has been a great and rewarding experience. Each week was a great challenge achieved, and being able to share the children's joy and sorrows was tremendously happy. The family provides everything necessary and more to ensure that you are calm and that each day of volunteering is enjoyable. The colleagues are very helpful with teamwork, and the experience of working with children was a real challenge. I highly recommend this volunteer program; you'll love it.

Anca and Joseph were very welcoming hosts. During our stay, we took part in a variety of tasks—from cooking traditional paella and gardening to housekeeping and teaching their wonderful children. While some instructions were occasionally a bit vague and required clarification, overall it was a great experience. They also gave us great advice on things to do in the area, which is a beautiful town. If you appreciate nature, community, and architecture, I would highly recommend this experience.

We really enjoyed our stay here and felt very welcomed by their beautiful family. We took turns doing homeschool in the mornings. The kids were delightful. Then we took turns gardening and cleaning where we were directed. We were provided with a yummy home cooked lunch on our working days and were allowed to help ourselves to breakfast and dinner however we found ourselves eating cereal a lot as there was often not much meat/ingredients to cook with. We are very grateful to Anca and Joesph for having us stay. They were very accommodating and helped us with booking trips and giving advice.

Anca and Joseph opened their home to us and we will forever be greatful for our experience there. They have three kind and energetic children. I stayed for three weeks along with two other friends. The hosts made a point of letting us know we should enjoy the property. We all had lunch together each day and it was wonderful to experience Spanish culture and cuisine. In terms of tasks during work hours, at times these were not clear, likely because we were all English only speakers but that lead to some confusion. Overall though, we had a great stay and we wish Anca and Joseph all the best!

I spent a great month in Aranjuez with Joseph's family. They are very welcoming and make sure you have everything you need and feel at home. I had a really nice private room and volunteers are part of the family and participate in family life. The work was mostly teaching the kids and gardening and sometimes helping in the house, so it never got boring. The house and the finca are big and beautiful. You can take the bike (20 min) to town Aranjuez where there's a train to Madrid centre in 45 minutes. Thank you so much for your hospitality and the lovely time!

Mi experiencia, con Joseph, Anca y los niños fue genial, siempre preocupados por mi bienestar, me ayudaron a explicándome muchas cosas de la ciudad, el país y orientándome cuando quería salir a conocer, sus consejos fueron siempre muy acertados y claros me llevo muchos conocimientos, con los niños aprendí mientras ellos aprendían lo cual fue muy divertido también, repasar conocimientos, adquirir nuevos, mi experiencia fue muy buena me sentí como si fuera mi casa. Les agradezco de todo corazón ❤️❤️❤️
