La reserva es un lugar muy lindo, cerca del mar y con un entorno especial. Mi experiencia, sin embargo, no fue la mejor. Sentí que las tareas no estaban muy claras desde el principio, lo que generó bastante confusión. Además, en algunos momentos no me sentí bien por la forma en la que se me habló, que me pareció un poco dura. Por suerte, al final pudimos hablar con calma y aclarar las cosas, lo cual valoro. Aun así, en general no fue una experiencia que repetiría.

I have very mixed feelings about my stay at the glamping. On the one hand the location is amazing, the beach only a 5 minute walk away, the food is amazing and it isn't hard work. On the other hand when asked what I was supposed to do I got no answer, when asking what my working hours are, I got no answer. I just started doing things around the glamping and that seemed good enough. Absolutely nothing is happening concerning sustainability. If you don't like drink and drugs, this place is not for you, the first joint is passed around at 10AM. During my stay 3 people left early, myself included.

Fue una experiencia muy enriquecedora para mí! Mejoré mi español y me reí mucho con todos los que estaban alojados en el the reserve. El único detalle fue que mi horario no era fijo: tenía que preparar el desayuno y el almuerzo, pero había una pausa en el medio porque no había comida disponible para empezar a preparar el almuerzo. Ese tiempo terminaba siendo un poco ocioso, ya que no daba para hacer mucho. Lo recomiendo para quienes disfrutan de la naturaleza y la tranquilidad 🤍 Consejos: Lleven MUCHO repelente y protector solar

Foi uma experiência mágica! Voluntariar na reserva foi maravilhoso 😍. Todos me receberam muito bem, e nos tornamos uma família. Muito obrigada a Valentina, Dimitri, Julio e os dogs por me receberem muito bem, cuidar de mim e me aceitar nessa família maravilhosa. O local é lindo e tem uma vista linda para praia e para as montanhas. Amei e super indico voluntariar lá. Obrigada de coração ❤️. Abraços em todos 💛

Tuve una experiencia muy buenísima en en la reserva, Vale y todo el equipo son tan amables y chulos, me inmediatamente sentí como sea parte del equipo! Puedo recomender aplicarse para estar en la reserva a cada uno quien quiere vivir y trabjar con un equipo internacional y quien quiere conectarse con la naturaleza. Pero es importante ser un poco flexible con las tareas que se hacen como voluntario, ya que estos puedan distinguir desde lo que era acordado antes. Mi tiempo en la reserva fue geníal, muchas gracias a todo el equipo! :))

I had a great time at the reserve! I struggled with not speaking much Spanish, but everyone was so friendly and helpful, and I managed to improve a lot whilst I was there! It was a lovely community, great food and opportunities to do other activities. Huasco is a really quiet beach town, so there is not loads to do, but I found it incredibly peaceful.

En the reserve eres tú el encargado de hacer tu experiencia como voluntario. La mía giró en torno al reciclaje, limpieza, usar la máquina de coser y ayudar en tareas varias. Vale, Mimi y Julián están abiertos a recibir propuestas para que el lugar evolucione. Comerán rico si o si con una bella vista. Como consejo para los nuevos voluntarios averigüen sobre el lugar que estarán pisando y conozcan su historia. Gracias por todo!!!

We had an amazing time working w Valentina and the other volunteers! The place is located on an unbelievably beautiful piece of land and is very comfy. Shifts were well organized and the meals were better than expected! All of the amenities and sports equipment listed was available for our use as advertised. Valentina is a great team leader, flexible, helpful and not afraid to get her hands dirty and join the team in any task! We can highly recommend this volunteer opportunity and wish Valentina and the reserve all the best! Thank you so much, for the opportunity! See you next time!

La experiencia en the reserve estuvo increible! Vale, Juli y Mimi nos hicienron semtir como en casa. En sus espacios compartimos con viajeros de muchos lados, música, fuegos, comer rico.
