Steve e Darline sono persone meravigliose, mi hanno accolto a casa loro e si sono assicurati che trascorressi un periodo meraviglioso nel Centro. Ho imparato molte competenze utili e ho avuto l'opportunità di provare nuove cose come dipingere una parete e costruire una doccia. Steve è stato molto paziente e mi ha insegnato il qigong e il karate, che è stata un'esperienza molto piacevole. Ho imparato molto su me stesso e consiglio vivamente questo posto a chi cerca lavoro pratico e un cambiamento di mentalità.

Il Centro è un luogo veramente magico. Ho provato cosa significa vivere una vita vegana, sostenibile, autosufficiente e semplice, circondata dalla natura, libera da preoccupazioni e paure. Le lezioni di qigong di Steve mi hanno dato molte nuove prospettive e mi hanno insegnato lezioni preziose che porterò con me per tutta la mia vita.
Sono diventato/a una persona diversa. Steve e Darline sono due persone molto gentili e aperte che mi hanno fatto sentire parte della famiglia.
Darline è anche un'eccellente cuoca e fornaia!
Porterò sempre nel mio cuore il tempo, il luogo e i due.

È stata una grande esperienza. Consiglio questo volontariato a chiunque voglia liberare la mente dalla vita di tutti i giorni e, allo stesso tempo, aiutare Steven e Darleen con il loro progetto!

Steven e Darline sono persone molto gentili e divertenti. Il luogo ha una bella energia, con colline verdi intorno e una casa rustica. Steve è un bravo ragazzo; mi ha insegnato a fare surf, alcune abilità di costruzione e mi ha dato buoni consigli per la vita. Darline cucina piatti davvero deliziosi. Quando il tempo è bello, puoi andare a fare surf, visitare la città o ballare. Ideale per chi ama la natura, non si preoccupa di vivere fuori rete e vuole liberare la mente o imparare qualcosa sul Qigong, sulla costruzione o sul giardinaggio. Grazie mille per questa esperienza!

La migliore esperienza di volontariato di sempre! Abbiamo trascorso una fantastica esperienza di volontariato a Casa Shen. Darline è una persona adorabile e cucina cibo vegano incredibile. Steven è esilarante e un tipo totalmente tranquillo con tante storie fantastiche. Il lavoro era facile e senza orari fissi. Abbiamo fatto un po' di pittura, rendering, ecc. Abbiamo trascorso alcune notti in una tenda e poi ci siamo spostati nella sala di meditazione, che era molto accogliente. Questo è un posto dove puoi imparare sulla costruzione e sulla vita. È un posto dove puoi davvero essere te stesso 🏄🏼♀️

I really love this place and enjoyed my stay very much! steve and darline are both lovely and always open for jokes, but also advices :) we practiced qigong every morning, had breakfast and started working for a couple of hours. i learned new skills and my new best friend is definitely the sander 🤘. the nature around really helped me to calm down and find inner peace. i liked to experience their way of living and can recommend it to everyone! thank you for having me there <3

I will think about my stay at the Center for a very long time. I had such a beautiful time with Steve and his partner Darline. We cooked together everyday, ate together everyday, shared lots of laughs and Steve is truly a teacher and has so much wisdom to share, the work wasn't overly hard but a nice challenge and I learnt lots of new skills. He practiced Qigong every morning and I were always welcome to join. I would definitely recommend the Center to anyone wanting to open their mind, connect with nature, and feel loved and welcomed. Thank you Steve and Darline <3

I love the place, in the centre of the forest in the mountains, the simple life I could live there, connected with nature from within, is priceless. I loved every task I had a chance to do for the Center. I discovered and healed myself through my personal time, and from each task I did truly engaged in it. Steve was super chill about the timeline schedule, with or without the hours done, and even about the time when I was not feeling up to work. Steve is working at his own pace and the weather conditions to improve his home for the present and the future, preserving nature. :)

I loved my stay at the Center! Steve is an amazing person, with whom you'll immediately get along with. He's always there for you and you'll learn incredibly much about life, spirituality and QiGong which is transformative. The work is rewarding and the room super comfortable. I can't forget the amazing view! I'll be back soon.. to reconiiize ;)
