Indubbiamente il miglior ostello di Dahab! l'ostello ha una miscela fantastica di ottimi ospiti, una gestione e uno staff efficaci e cordiali, e così tanti eventi fantastici da godersi (per lo più gratuiti 😉). Il lavoro è una passeggiata, ma comunque sufficiente per rimanere coinvolto con gli ospiti e ciò che accade in città, e hai molto tempo libero per goderti Dahab per te stesso anche. Onestamente, non perderti l'opportunità di unirti al team qui :)

Amo l'ostello! Le attività sono divertenti e rilassate e si conoscono persone incredibili! Lo staff dell'ostello è fantastico, e in realtà ho prolungato il mio soggiorno perché Dahab è un posto molto speciale! Consiglio vivamente l'opportunità di volontariato!!!

Ho trascorso un periodo piacevolissimo all'ostello Rafiki; ho principalmente lavorato creando reel per i social media e la fotografia. Loro lavorano come una famiglia e c'è sempre qualcosa da fare! L'atmosfera è fantastica e sono finito a fare snorkeling e a una festa in montagna con loro, mentre dedicavo anche del tempo a fare la mia parte :). Sarebbe molto felice di tornare! :)

I volunteered at the hostel for two months and ended up extending my stay thanks to the welcoming and friendly team. From day one, I felt part of the hostel family. From an HR perspective 🤓, what makes the hostel special is the quality of its people, which clearly reflects the strong vision and values of the management. I met wonderful people and leave with great memories. The tasks are simple with a flexible schedule. For future volunteers: come with an open mind and enjoy the experience. Non posso mettere la mia esperienza in parole — e, ovviamente, la mia opinione è di parte, perché il team Rafikis è diventato la mia famiglia. Il lavoro è incredibile, e per chiunque ami l'interazione sociale, non c'è davvero un posto migliore. Si rispettano gli orari, tutto è organizzato, e tutto ciò che chiedono in cambio è l'impegno. Ho amato l'energia, il team e tutto ciò che abbiamo vissuto lì. La mia famiglia a Dahab — una parte della mia vita che non dimenticherò mai. Grazie per tutto. (Non citerò nomi perché ogni singola persona è stata meravigliosa con me.)

I had the most amazing time at the hostel in Dahab! From the moment I arrived, the vibe was absolutely incredible. The team at the hostel is top-notch—so friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. They went above and beyond to introduce me to the city and its amazing culture, showing me the best spots and the hidden gems that make Dahab so unique. What I loved the most were the daily events and activities—they really created a sense of community and fun. Every day there was something to do, whether it was a group outing, a diving trip, or just chilling with fellow travelers.

Absolutely loved volunteering for the hostel! I have experience volunteering for different hostels and this one is definitely doing A LOT of things right for the short time they've been operating. I loved the quality of events we were in charge of. They don't joke around with that. At first it was a bit overwhelming learning so much and so fast but then I got the hang of it and every manager did remind me of my capabilities and were willing to talk things through when mistakes happened, which is something I highly appreciate! I finished this experience with a huge smile on my face! Thank youu!

Being part of the hostel's team was a dream come true, and I'm so thankful to everyone who made my journey unforgettable. It wasn't just a job – it was an incredible experience where I learned so much about hospitality and met amazing people. As an event organiser, I spent time chatting with guests, promoting hostel events, and ensuring everyone felt welcome. I also attended plenty of events, picking up skills and insights along the way. Volunteering at the hostel was a once-in-a-lifetime experience! Dahab is a very special town that truly changed my life. The hostel is a perfect place to meet people from all over the world! For me, though, the thing that makes it special is the opportunity to connect with locals. Many Egyptians stay at the hostel, and it's beautiful to connect with them. At the hostel, you're genuinely treated as a volunteer, and the staff members are the kindest people I've ever met. I'm really grateful for this experience and hope to come back soon! <3
