Il mio soggiorno qui è stato facilmente una delle mie esperienze di volontariato preferite. Il lavoro era semplice e solo circa 3 ore al giorno, lasciando molto tempo per godersi i bellissimi dintorni. Mi è piaciuta la posizione — tranquilla, silenziosa, vicino alla natura e alla spiaggia, proprio il tipo di posto che mi piace. Dall'esplorazione dei luoghi vicini al godersi le esperienze locali, c'era sempre qualcosa di interessante da fare. Mi sono sentito molto benvenuto, ho trascorso qui molto tempo e tornerei volentieri. Altamente consigliato!

Questo programma di volontariato è stato migliore di quanto mi aspettassi. Mi sono sentito benvenuto e ho avuto l'impressione che il tuo spazio personale e le tue esigenze siano rispettati. Le persone che ho incontrato erano gentili, premurose e mi sono sentito accettato come ero. Il lavoro, che non era difficile, mi ha aiutato a connettermi con la comunità e imparare su di loro e sul paese. Le attività a cui hai diritto, come la lezione di Kundalini yoga, mi hanno fatto sentire che il mio lavoro era apprezzato e sono grato per questi benefici. Sono stato davvero felice di conoscere persone dalla Finlandia e da diverse parti del mondo e di trascorrere del tempo insieme.

I spent a wonderful few weeks in the Center over Christmas and New Year. The experience was challenging at times - as communal living often can be - but facing those challenges, and growing from them, had been one of the reasons for my volunteering trip. My time in Tammisaari was full of magic, cosiness, friendship, and I came away feeling very grateful for the experience. Tasks were manageable and there was plenty of time for rest and relaxation.

This was truly one of the best experiences of my life. I had the chance to meet people from all around the world and, of course, our wonderful host. I loved staying in the Center, there's the chance of choosing your tasks based on what you prefer, I enjoyed spending time in the nature, one of my fav tasks was gardening. The atmosphere is something out of this world, I had the best time enjoying some relax and I had the chance to also do some meditation and focus on my needs. Thanks to the free time I had the opportunity to meet a lot of locals, who later became my friends. I will come back asap!

Ilaria era molto dolce e rispettosa nella comunità. Era molto flessibile nei compiti e si è adattata molto bene alla dinamica del nostro centro. Insieme a un'altra volontaria, hanno formato un ottimo team e ci hanno deliziato con i loro pasti deliziosi. Le consigliamo vivamente!

I had a great first experience at the Center. The people were friendly and made me feel welcome. I did feel a bit lonely in the first few days. Most volunteers had come in pairs and I found it difficult to integrate myself. Luckily, a new lone volunteer came a bit later and I was able to have much more fun. The tasks vary from cleaning, doing laundry and cooking/baking, to gardening and helping out at the kombucha brewery. I liked doing the laundry. The hours are flexible and they give you enough independence to decide when to take a break and when to have days off. I highly recommend ❤️

Ilona è stata una parte importante della comunità; all'inizio era un po' timida finché non si è aperta ed è stata molto solidale, spiegando i compiti ai nuovi volontari e accompagnandoli. Era molto responsabile e flessibile con i compiti e potevamo fidarci molto di lei. La consigliamo vivamente!

It was the best experience so far. Marika and Timo are so kind and welcoming, and the entire team is friendly and warm. We did many activities together, like pizza parties, picnics, and more. The work is varied and offers many learning opportunities. The Finnish people are very nice and speak English well. I highly recommend it !

Balkis era super dolce e divertente. Abbiamo avuto molte chiacchierate piacevoli e condiviso molti momenti. Lei ha lavorato sodo e si è adattata a tutti i compiti, sapendo lavorare in squadra e collaborando molto. Si è integrata molto bene nella nostra comunità e ha aperto il suo cuore a tutti. Lei ci manca molto e la consigliamo vivamente!

As a first-time Worldpacker, I couldn't have asked for a better experience. The warm welcome and the friendships I made were unforgettable. 💕 The living and working conditions were great and flexible, offering a good balance of comfort and productivity. The tasks were interesting and fun, and I had lots of time to explore the beautiful surroundings. The location, with its stunning natural beauty, including forests and a nearby beach, made every moment special. ☀️ I truly recommend this experience 100% !!!

Sophia era molto gentile e dolce e una parte importante della nostra comunità. Molto rispettosa, lavoratrice e sempre pronta ad aiutare gli altri. Era molto flessibile con i compiti che svolgeva e faceva sempre un buon lavoro. Sapeva lavorare in squadra e ci ha anche aiutato molto creando contenuti per i social media e realizzando video per diffondere la voce sul nostro centro. Ci è mancata molto quando se ne è andata. La consigliamo vivamente!

One of the best experiences I have ever had. It is a lovely place to do volunteer work, meet wonderful people, learn lots of new things (not just during the work, also participating in workshops and just talking with different people), and have a lot of fun! The working hours are flexible and manageable by yourself. The jobs are varied, I have been remodeling apartments, painting, cleaning, working with wood, fixing stuff, helping in the kitchen, hosting events, and more. There is a lot of gardening also. My best memories are of the people I met, getting lifetimes friends is priceless.

My experience at the Center was the best worldpackers trip I've ever done! The hours were very fair and flexible, the work was varied so you weren't always doing the same thing, and the accommodation and location was superb. The team that runs the place are passionate and caring for the volunteers and everyone else that lives there. I can't recommend this place enough!
