È stata un'esperienza incredibile, dall'arrivo fino all'ultimo giorno ci hanno fatto sentire molto a proprio agio. Condividere con i bambini, aiutarli nel loro apprendimento sia dell'inglese che dello sport per cambiare la loro visione della vita è una sensazione molto piacevole. Per chi vuole lasciare il segno e generare un impatto sociale su ragazzi e ragazze con un grande talento e una voglia di avere successo, questo è il volontariato indicato.

Dal primo giorno ci siamo sentiti ben accolti. Le ore di volontariato sono state ideali, le strutture comode e abbiamo sempre avuto le risorse necessarie per svolgere le nostre lezioni. Grazie per la fiducia che avete riposto in noi; ci mancheranno i bambini, che sono stati rispettosi, gentili e impegnati. Il cibo, i piani e l'accompagnamento non sono mai mancati. Paula e il suo team fanno un lavoro incredibile e l'impatto del progetto sui giovani è evidente. Ci siamo sentiti molto amati e, senza dubbio, ritorneremo. Grazie di tutto! L'esperienza è fortemente raccomandata.

I had a wonderful time helping in this project. It has opened my eyes in different ways and motivated me even more to always help people where i can. I worked with the younger kids in the afternoon & in the evening we have a bigger group of teenagers. I loved teaching both and they also taught me a lot of things about their town and colombia. The family is also lovely, very helpful and so fun to talk to. Its an experience i will never forget and I recommend to everyone to participate in this project & help the kids learn English, so they can have great opportunities in their futures.

I loved teaching English at TrainUp with Paula and friends! I developed strong connections with the students as well as Paula's family and friends. The house had everything I needed and the room was spacious. I got to practice Spanish when I was not teaching which was another goal for me. Paula and her family did a great job of including me and Clara in activities and making us feel at home. The town itself was very small, so volunteers should be prepared to make their own activities to pass the time. Overall I loved the experience and I will definitely be back!

Pasé un mes maravilloso en este voluntariado. Encontré a personas que quedarán siempre en mi corazón. Paula fue de una ayuda excepcional, siempre fue a mi lado cuando tenía dudas. Las misiones fueron muy enriquecedoras, aprendí muchas cosas. Descubrí la cultura llanera a través del baile, de la comida, y de los eventos culturales. Cocinaron muy rico y tradicional! Los niños fueron alegres de que extranjeros vinieron a enseñar el inglés y pues fueron muy motivados y pacientes. Si están buscando un voluntariado con mucho apoyo, mucha energía y muchas risas, están en el buen lugar!
