Ho trascorso un periodo incredibile facendo volontariato! Ho avuto l'opportunità di conoscere così tante persone del posto e sembrava davvero di essere a casa. Mi è stato persino permesso restare più a lungo di quanto avessi pianificato, perché mi stava andando così bene. Il lavoro è giusto e non è complicato. Mi è piaciuto parlare con la gente per aiutarli a migliorare il loro inglese!

My experience was extremely positive. From the very first day, I was warmly welcomed and made to feel comfortable at all times. I had the opportunity to interact with the staff, which greatly enriched my stay. The facilities are pleasant, the food is of excellent quality, and the schedule was quite flexible. I highly recommend this volunteer program, as it provides safety, comfort, and a welcoming environment in every sense. Moreover, as a woman, I always felt secure and supported, and the accommodation provided contributed significantly to making my experience truly rewarding.

Truly Grateful 🤩🤩 An Amazing Expirence Beyond What I Imagined. Im honestly so grateful for this opportunity. I didn't come with any expectations, but this expirience ended up surprising me in the best way posible.💯💯 The hotel is super comfortable and beatuful, with many great facilities - including swimming pools, sauna, 🧖🏻gym, billiards room, and more. The working hours were very manageable and relaxed, which gave me time to enjoy everything the place has to offer. The food was another big highlight: even though the app mentions two meals, i actually received three delicious buffet meals!! 😃

I was accepted to volunteer in the hotel with very short notice and I had a very warm welcome from the staff who work in the hotel. They were flexible about work options and my preferred hours, and the work in the cafe was easy and sociable, and I got to learn a lot of Turkish phrases through this. It's a great opportunity to experience local life in a small Turkish town and learn some Turkish, since the locals and staff generally don't speak a lot of English. I had a lot of fun with the staff and many relaxing moments in the nearby nature.

Volunteering at Esila Hotel was a great experience! The buffet meals were delicious, tasks were very easy, and we had access to the pool, sauna, and pool tables, which made everything super enjoyable. The place is perfect for relaxing and disconnecting for a while. The staff is incredibly friendly and always tries to communicate with you, creating a beautiful cultural exchange. I felt really welcomed and comfortable during my stay! 🥳🙏🏼

Cannot recommend this place enough! They accepted me on a short notice but still managed to make it a great experience. As soon as I arrived, Ahmed and Elnara welcomed me and made me feel very comfortable. They took me for a tour of Termal, a small but beautiful little Turkish town, aswell as the bigger city the hotel close by. The work is just as agreed upon, the food is amazing, and I have absolutely no complaints about my stay here. Would stay here again in a heartbeat! Big thank you to everyone who was a part of my experience here <3

La mia esperienza con questo ospite è stata negativa. Il responsabile del profilo non è la persona che riceve effettivamente i volontari. Prima di arrivare, ci hanno detto che non lavoravano più nell'hotel elencato e hanno offerto un altro volontario in una città diversa, cosa che abbiamo accettato poiché dovevamo lasciare il paese, ma ciò non era elencato nel loro profilo. L'alloggio non era come promesso; ci avevano detto che avremmo trascorso solo una settimana in un letto singolo, ma finimmo per restare più di due settimane perché un'altra persona ha esteso il suo soggiorno senza che lo sapessimo; non c'era un piano o un programma chiaro, i compiti erano improvvisati e disorganizzati.

Siamo partiti prima della data stabilita e non ho aggiornato Worldpackers perché non è lui a gestirlo. non controlla le tue informazioni; ti invia un questionario e al suo profilo Instagram, sembra solo per guadagnare follower. ci ha detto che non lavorava più in hotel e ha offerto una «posizione» in un'altra città; per necessità abbiamo accettato. ha promesso che avremmo dormito solo una settimana in un letto semplice mentre l'altra volontaria se ne andava, ma sono passate più di due settimane e siamo rimasti su un letto a doghe perché aveva chiesto all'altra ragazza di restare senza avvisarci. Non ha un piano né un orario per il suo «progetto»; i compiti sono improvvisati.
