Sul progetto c'è una varietà di compiti durante tutto l'anno.
Con l'esperienza pregressa nei settori cucina, artigianato e housekeeping, si può rapidamente lavorare in modo autonomo.
A causa dei molti volontari (circa 4 - 9), si ha praticamente sempre qualcuno con cui trascorrere i giorni e le serate!

L'esperienza è stata davvero incredibile!
Tor e Ingrid ti fanno sentire come se facessi parte di qualcosa, e questo è davvero prezioso. Oltre al lavoro, abbiamo avuto momenti da condividere insieme mentre mangiavamo, il che ha reso l'esperienza più personale.
Il campo ha tutto ciò di cui hai bisogno, e si prendono cura con attenzione per garantire che abbiamo scorte, cibo e tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole. Il lavoro è semplice, niente di troppo impegnativo, le ore sono perfettamente rispettate, e quasi mai ti ritrovi esausto. È stata davvero un'esperienza incredibile che ripeterò. Grazie mille per tutto T&I 💜

It was by far the best volunteer experience I've had. Tor and his family are incredible people; warm, welcoming, and kind. I always felt comfortable and genuinely motivated to contribute at the project. The place itself is amazing, surrounded by beautiful nature spots. Plus, it's just a bus ride away from Oslo, which is very convenient. I really appreciated how organized Tor was with the tasks. He was always patient and willing to explain everything clearly. He's definitely a great leader. For me, It was a great time to meet amazing people, learn new skills, get to know new places.

Finally it's my time to write this! This was my first time with Worldpacker, and It was great. It was truly amazing. Tor and Ingrid are incredible hosts who created a warm, inclusive atmosphere while also giving me the freedom to have my own space. Tor has fantastic work ethics, he was always there to offer support and guidance in a welcoming and calm manner. He knows what he wants and communicates it clearly. I worked the exact amount that was promised and had a fantastic time doing it. I also met wonderful people and made good friends during the my stay there. Shortly: Absoluty recommend ⭐️
