Ho trascorso un mese e mezzo all'hotel, ed è stata un'esperienza arricchente. Mi ha permesso di scoprire la cultura filippina, migliorando anche le mie competenze nell'ospitalità. Michael, la sua famiglia e tutto lo staff sono stati deliziosi; consiglio vivamente di seguire il corso di immersione con loro e di sfruttare al massimo la vita marina che circonda l'hotel. Suggerisco inoltre di seguire le loro raccomandazioni per immergerti davvero e conoscere le Filippine in profondità. È senza dubbio un'esperienza che porterò sempre con me. :)

È stato piuttosto fantastico. Ho finito per restare più a lungo e ho avuto la mia stanza durante il soggiorno di 6 settimane con vista sull'oceano. Il cibo è piuttosto buono. La zona è molto ambita da subacquei e appassionati di snorkeling, quindi se è questo che ti piace, ne sarai soddisfatto. Ci sono così tante creature da vedere. Il lavoro di per sé è facile e Neriza e Michael sono molto gentili. Ho lavorato 6 ore, 5 giorni a settimana, iniziando o terminando il mio turno alle 14:00, così c'era sempre tempo per fare qualcos'altro nella giornata. Anche loro erano disponibili se avessi avuto bisogno di un giorno libero specifico. Il resto del personale è super gentile, super gentile e rispettoso.

I had an amazing experience. Impossible to describe in 600 caracteres how much I liked it. The place is beautiful, quiet, full of nature, the house reef is precious, and you can see many species. The room is comfortable, the meals are delicious and the staff is so nice. The mission is very interesting, I learned a lot and loved the contact with the guests, I met so many amazing people. Michael and his family will have a special place in my heart, they were so lovely, loved our conversations. They are involved in projects locally, and deeply connected to the ocean. I hope to come back soon.

I absolutely loved my stay here! The work hours were good, free food during work days and half price on my days off. Using snorkeling equipment is free and the hotel is right at the ocean. You are able to get a PADI diving course and dives for reduced prices as well!! The owners, staff and fellow volunteers are really lovely people and was fun talking with them. I wish them all the best moving forward! the hotel is in the middle of nowhere, which makes it very peaceful, but highly incentivises to get a motorbike for ~5000 PHP at a rent shop for a month. Would come here again for diving 😁

Volunteering at the hotel was an amazing experience! We stayed at a beautiful the hotel, helped with admin tasks, and connected with international travellers and friendly local staff. A perfect mix of work, culture, and community.
