Insegnare yoga nell'hotel è stata un'esperienza unica. Il luogo era bello e gli ospiti che si sono uniti hanno apprezzato l'opportunità di praticare tutti i giorni al suono delle onde e del vento di Muine! Il personale dell'hotel è stato anche molto accogliente e mi ha fatto sentire come in famiglia. Alla fine, è stato triste partire ma sono grato per l'opportunità e mi piacerebbe tornare un giorno in futuro.

La mia esperienza all'hotel è stata molto significativa e positiva. Mi ha aiutato a crescere nel mio percorso professionale di yoga, e ho conosciuto alcune persone davvero meravigliose durante il mio tempo lì. Il posto in sé è bello, e ho davvero apprezzato la flessibilità del mio orario. Anche se la gestione e la comunicazione potrebbero essere migliorate, nel complesso è stata una grande esperienza che consiglierei sicuramente. Florence, la proprietaria, è molto gentile e si prende davvero cura del benessere dei volontari. Se sei una persona flessibile, adattabile e curiosa, consiglierei sicuramente questa esperienza.

Avevo molta libertà e fiducia, quindi è stata una bella fuga per godermi la spiaggia, rilassarmi e incontrare i locali. Trovano i tuoi punti di forza e adattano il tuo lavoro a te.

La mia esperienza a Mana è stata fantastica, mi piace davvero far parte del team, sono molto grato a Flo e al suo team per aver aperto le porte del suo posto e farmi sentire a casa, le persone del personale sono fantastiche, super accoglienti e amichevoli, sempre disponibili ad aiutare e a fare in modo che tutti siano felici, ho fatto molte amicizie e spero di tornare un giorno.

I had a truly wonderful experience at the hotel. Helping get the rooftop bar up and running — from promotion to creating the best possible customer experience — was both fun and rewarding. It was a great opportunity to take initiative, be creative, and work as part of a supportive team. Flo is incredibly friendly and easygoing, which made the workflow smooth and enjoyable.

The whole experience was great, I was teaching yoga for 1 hour and then helping at reception for 4 more hours. The host were really nice and the hours were respected. it honestly feel like working in paradise , just few steps from the beach , you have the swimming pool. It was a really nice experience.

This was my first Worldpackers experience, and it couldn't have gone better! the host let me try different roles like helping with breakfast, waitressing, and assisting at check-in. It was a great way to learn and challenge myself. I was nervous at first, but the team was super welcoming and supportive, we had a lot of fun together. Highly recommend this to anyone looking for a positive and friendly work exchange!

Overall, I really enjoyed my experience here! I had never worked in a bar before, and at first everything felt quite chaotic. However, I learned by doing and ended up enjoying my time at the hotel a LOT. The place itself is absolutely stunning, and the daily breakfast buffet was delicious, varied, and the perfect combo w morning yoga to start each day feeling energized. On top of that, the people were wonderful. I would definitely come back to the hotel!

I spent one month at the hotel working as a waitress/bartender and it was such an amazing experience! The team was incredibly kind and welcoming – we had a great vibe from the start, and working together was honestly a lot of fun. The whole place just had such a good energy. I'd definitely recommend this experience to anyone looking for a fun and positive work exchange!

I worked as a yoga teacher, which I really enjoyed. Outside of teaching, I spent the rest of my hours either waitressing or helping at the check-in area. The team was amazing—supportive, fun, and great to work with. It's a fantastic place if you're an outgoing person who enjoys meeting people, having conversations, and making sure everyone is having a good time.
