1. Juice Bar Attendant
* Tasks: Prep fresh fruits, make smoothies, maintain bar and surrounding area cleanliness, chat with guests. Handle payments.
* Skills: Food handling basics, friendly personality, punctual. Spanish is a plus.
2. Reception & Check-In Assistant
* Tasks: Welcome guests, process check-ins/outs, answer travel questions, handle cash/card payments.
* Skills: Fluent English, basic computer literacy, highly organized. Conversational Spanish is a big plus.
3. Housekeeping & Guest Activities Coordinator
* Tasks: Clean departure rooms, maintain common areas, organize evening social events (Movie Nights, games & trivia nights, Beach Volleyball, River kayaking/ paddleboarding ).
* Skills: Physical stamina, high cleanliness standards, outgoing entertainer personality. Spanish is a plus.
4. Yoga Teacher
* Tasks: Lead morning or sunset yoga sessions for guests, maintain the yoga deck space.
* Skills: Yoga teaching certification (YTT 200), adaptable to all fitness levels, inspiring energy. Spanish is a plus.
5. Surf Teacher Assistant
* Tasks: Help main instructor carry soft tops, watch guest safety in water, give beginner tips.
* Skills: Strong swimmer, experienced surfer, patient teacher. Video & photography skills is a plus
6. Digital Content Creator & Marketer
* Tasks: Shoot daily Instagram Reels/TikToks, capture hostel vibe, create local guides, engage with followers.
* Skills: Smartphone video editing, social media trends knowledge, photography eye.
7. Barista & Coffee Attendant (New Amenity Launch)
We are launching a brand new coffee experience for our guests and we need an energetic coffee lover to help us kick it off! If you love hospitality and making great coffee this role is for you
