Eoin is a wonderful host who is always looking out & taking care of his volunteers. The work is good and you're well connected to Dublin City Centre. Volunteers have their own space and privacy is well respected.

I had a great stay and would definitely recommend it, especially for a first volunteering experience! Dublin is about 1.5 hours away by bus. Eóin and his family are very welcoming and made me feel comfortable very quickly. They are very patient, even with beginner-level English. The work and hours are very reasonable and leave plenty of time to explore the area. I also made great connections with the other volunteers. Eóin always makes sure we have enough food and that we eat things we enjoy. Thank you so much, I have very good memories of my stay! ❤️

Our volunteering experience in Ireland was truly amazing! We had the opportunity to meet new people, experience a different culture, and at the same time contribute to the project through our work. It was a time full of learning, meaningful exchanges, and unforgettable moments that we will carry with us forever. We are very grateful for the opportunity, the warm welcome, and everything we experienced during our stay.

My first volunteering experience couldn't have been better! Eoin, Marthina, and their children are incredibly kind and welcoming. Their beautiful home is surrounded by nature and just a 25-minute walk from the village with shops and buses to Dublin and the airport. The work is simple (cleaning and gardening), and thanks to Eoin I really improved my English. I planned to stay for one month but loved it so much that I extended my stay by two more weeks. I can't recommend this place enough! 💖

A família do Eoin foram todos incríveis, do início ao fim (inclusive extremamente pacientes com o meu inglês básico haha). This was my very first time volunteering through Worldpackers, and I couldn't have asked for a better start. Eoin and Marthena were incredibly attentive the whole time – always kind, helpful, and welcoming. The place itself is lovely, perfect for resting and disconnecting, surrounded by green and nature. The tasks were easy and straightforward, and they were very flexible with the days and hours. If you're looking for a calm, nature-filled spot with wonderful hosts, this is it. Thank you for everything!

I had a great experience volunteering here! I worked in the garden and really enjoyed the autonomy. Martina was always available and gave very clear instructions. I also really appreciated her kindness when the weather was very bad, as she always found some indoor tasks for me to do to stay dry. Eoin is very helpful and knows how to adapt to everyone. We never lacked for anything! The village is about a 30 minute walk away, but from there it's very easy to go to Dublin and explore during the weekends. A lovely experience, thank you so much!!

I really enjoyed my volunteering experience at Eóin and Marthina's home. Everything happened exactly as agreed, with no stress or surprises. The organization was clear and everything was fulfilled from the beginning. The house is very beautiful, the tasks are easygoing, and it's possible to do them at your own pace, especially if you don't yet know how to do something. I would definitely come back! Minha experiência foi muito boa. Eoin e sua esposa Marthena são muito gentis e me fizeram sentir bem-vinda desde o início. O trabalho é de 5h por dia horários respeitados e flexibilidade quando necessário. Em alguns dias, também ajudamos em um Airbnb a cerca de 1h de distância. A casa é mais isolada, então é importante considerar a logística: são cerca de 30 minutos a pé até a parada de ônibus, por uma estrada sem acostamento e sem iluminação à noite. Todos os alimentos foram disponibilizados com fartura . Sou muito grata pela oportunidade e espero revê-los no futuro.

Considero que el trabajo no es realmente duro, si no estás acostumbrado sera normal que te canses pero se lleva bastante bien. Ademas Eoin y Martina son personas realmente amables, siempre tuvieron mucha paciencia conmigo ya que mi ingles es realmente malo y constantemente agradecían el trabajo que hacia, lo que te hace sentir muy cómoda. Los dormitorios son bastante cómodos y confortables y no nos falto comida ya que Eoin procura comprar suficiente para la semana y el suele estar muy disponible a conversar contigo si necesitas algo en lo que pueda ayudar.

Molti worldpackers si sono candidati a questa posizione recentemente. L'host probabilmente non sarà in grado di rispondere a tutte le candidature, quindi ti consigliamo di candidarti anche ad altri host nella nostra comunità e non solo a questo :)
