What an amazing experience. This was my first ever time volunteering and immediately I was welcomed into the family. I came to help Nao grow her YouTube channel but was also given the opportunity to teach English to the Thai students and help with some DIY work as well! We often to trips to the nearby markets (which are very cheap), the workday is pretty chilled and its a great opportunity to immerse yourself in local culture. I loved my time here and would recommend it to any other traveller :) Special thankyou to Nao, you really went over and above. I'll be following the YouTube journey!

Quell\'energia lo spinge verso di noi e verso i bambini affinché siano motivati e commossi. Ha molte intuizioni su di noi e le condivide anche. È anche disposto e desideroso di condividere ciò in cui è bravo sui social media e come creatore di contenuti. La cosa più importante è la sua disciplina. Ha davvero la sua creatività e la routine. Inoltre è molto sensibile e tiene conto dei bambini e della cultura qui, davvero bene. Felice di averlo qui.

This was my first Worldpackers experience and I couldn't have asked for more! Nao is a special person. She's fun, lively, generous, passionate and such an inspiration. She always made me feel welcomed and appreciated. The place is surprisingly beautiful and peaceful, the room is cosy and the food cooked by Mae is simply delicious. I'm grateful for the chance to teach English in the village, had so much fun and was able to connect with the local people who are so kind and friendly! Had a great time with the other volunteers as well. I'm full of amazing memories, can't wait to come back :)

Sei un vero sostegno per tutti e così presente qui. I bambini si sentono così a loro agio e vengono ad abbracciarti ogni volta che ne hanno l'occasione. Non ti preoccupare per alcuna attività per chiedere il tuo aiuto. Ci divertiamo molto intorno a te; non dimenticare mai le nostre risate insieme.

Staying at the eco village was truely an incredible experience and one that I will never forget. Nao was such a welcoming and kind host who ensured I got the most out of my stay. She provided me with amazing opportunities to get involved with the community by teaching English and engaging with local culture. Staying at the eco village felt like an escape from reality as it was so peaceful and calming. The food provided everyday, cooked by Ma, was amazing. The facilities were great, I loved staying in my own hut and waking up everyday to the sounds of birds. I will definitely be coming back!

Che regalo averti qui come primo volontario all\'English Village Teaching.
Ci aiuti a mettere in piedi una struttura e dei templi dell\'insegnamento che favoriscono un apprendimento divertente attraverso il gioco.
Le attività di gruppo e individuali derivano da un piano di lezione ben strutturato.
Altri volontari che arrivano dopo continuano a utilizzare la struttura che hai predisposto per noi qui.
Stando vicini, ti vediamo goderti il tramonto lungo il Riverside e anche noi ci sentiamo così calmi al tuo fianco.

Overall I enjoyed my time at filmfarm as a first experience. I did 5.hours of work a day, clarify how much your role has it varies. Highlights: trying out new skills, fellow volunteers, great property with lots of shade, rooms + showers were decent, great porch to chill on. Negatives: Host was disengaged at times, telling me to orientate a new volunteer who arrived in the evening (7pm) because she is going to bed. Perhaps it's a cultural thing but I expect if someone comes to my house I greet them. As more people arrived the quality of food went down and we were asked to pay extra on

Bestin potrebbe essere il volontario più tranquillo che abbiamo avuto finora. Ma la maggior parte delle volte lo abbiamo visto con un sorriso. Può anche irradiare la sua energia morbida e calma al mattino presto, lungo la parte centrale della fattoria, dove di solito si siede per meditare e fare yoga. Stare vicino a lui è facile e semplice. Allora come mai non riusciamo a ricordare il suo nome. :) E tutta la nostra famiglia qui fa del suo meglio per ricordarne i nomi e chiamare ognuno per nome. Ma ora che abbiamo diversi team di lavoro, è più facile riferirsi a loro con il nome del team.
Come ospite che apre la mia casa alle persone, sarò più chiaro con i futuri volontari: probabilmente non interagirò con loro di sera o di notte, dato che gran parte della giornata siamo tutti insieme. La mia routine serale sarebbe leggere, rilassarmi, rivedere il diario della mia giornata. E mi sveglio per lavorare dalle 4 del mattino.
Chiedere un rifornimento extra di cibo per le persone che hanno bisogno di più proteine muscolari è necessario e giusto, non per tutti. Per uno o due uova in più va bene il pollo, ma per 4 uova al giorno per persona per diverse persone è stato in realtà non considerato da noi.
Per quanto riguarda la qualità del cibo, come l\'hai percepita, ci dispiace, ma i miei genitori hanno fatto del loro meglio per servire tutti e assicurarsi che ognuno abbia abbastanza da mangiare tre pasti al giorno. 2-3 menù per pasto.
BD Cakes è una richiesta speciale e un lavoro extra che adoro fare per i volontari qui, perché sono lontani da casa nel loro BD. Anche in quel giorno, ho ancora due riunioni da fare quella notte.

I'm grateful for this experience—it was my first time volunteering, and I formed close bonds with amazing people. The peaceful environment was a welcome escape from busy city life. However, teaching started in the second week, which wasn't communicated beforehand, and we taught at only one school instead of the advertised three. Disorganization and frequent schedule changes added frustration. The program felt more like a paid service than an exchange, as refunds weren't provided when volunteers left early. Limited communication with the host left me feeling disconnected.

Mixed experience: the school and children were adorable, and teaching was a wonderful adventure. The teachers and Nao's mother, who is an excellent cook, deserve a special mention. However, the relationship with the host was disastrous: absent upon arrival and departure, late communication about classes, and interactions limited to requests or money. She never checked on the volunteers and clearly didn't care about us. I had hoped for a family atmosphere, but it was with the volunteers that I found it. Despite the great people I met, this relationship overshadowed the volunteering experience.

Anche se non sono stato molto presente o coinvolto nel tuo gruppo, tutto ciò che è successo qui non è mai stato fuori dai miei occhi e dalla mia responsabilità. Ho seguito e coordinato tutto. Anche gli incidenti in bicicletta che sono accaduti. I volontari hanno visto solo dal loro lato che si sono feriti, ma anche l'altro lato si è ferito e l'impatto di quell'incidente non riguarda solo la bicicletta, ma anche la relazione e la fiducia con gli abitanti.
Anche se non li ho incontrati molto, ciò che era necessario l'ho fornito, come organizzare una nuova stanza, per quanto possibile. E mi dispiace che tu sia arrivato nel grande dolore e nella perdita di tempo nella mia vita.

Negatives: Nao's lack of involvement and lack of communication of key information. For example, we didn't see her on the first or last day, no hello or goodbye... During our volunteering she was going through a difficult time with the death of her dog, but this had a huge impact on our experience. I wish her all the best for the future and hope that future volunteers have a different experience. On the other hand, the teaching missions were very positive. I loved the school that welcomed us, and you couldn't help but feel affection for the children. I spent some unforgettable moments !

Hai portato la sua passione e la sua professione musicale nelle nostre scuole locali. I had a very special experience at FilmFarmSchool. It was organized differently because Nao wasn't there for the first week but we collaborated remotely and her parents were welcoming hosts! It's a good place to learn new skills and reconnect with nature and art. Thank you for everything 💛

My stay there was ok, and the family was welcoming, Nao's mom is accommodative. Nao has a profound impact on the community, and she is doing a good job with helping the locals. Basically, you get to teach English by coming up with lesson plans that engage the kids. Overall, you get to interact with nature and immerse yourself with the locals. It was new for me but was ok
