We’re looking for friendly, responsible, and proactive volunteers to help us keep the house clean, organized, and comfortable for everyone.
You’ll be part of a small, international team that values teamwork, positivity, and respect — while still giving you the freedom to work independently.
In your free time, you can surf the local waves, swim in turquoise waters, explore the island, or simply enjoy the slow pace of island life by the beach 🌊☀️.

• Doing laundry, folding towels, and restocking supplies
• Keeping the kitchen and living areas clean and organized
• Helping with small maintenance or outdoor tasks (like sweeping the yard and organizing outdoor areas)
• Assisting with surf activities — helping prepare boards and gear before surfing, and rinsing and storing everything properly afterwards
If you have any special skills (like photography, gardening, carpentry, art/painting, media, etc.), we’d love for you to share them too!
⏰ Hours & Shifts
You’ll usually help about 3 hours per day to earn stay.
Start early 8 am
Tasks are flexible depending on the number of guests and the day’s schedule.
Some days are busier, others lighter — but the basics (cleanliness and presentation) must be done every day.
If you work a bit extra one day, you can take it easier the next.
Regole
📜 Rules & Expectations
We keep things simple: take initiative and make sure your work is complete.
• Always double-check your cleaning — no half-finished jobs.
• Toilets and showers must be properly cleaned and restocked daily.
• Laundry should be fully done, folded, and put away (not left halfway).
• Be respectful of guests, staff, and the shared living space.
• Keep noise low at night and maintain a friendly, considerate attitude.
• Enjoy your time, but treat the place like your home while you’re here.
