È stata una bellissima esperienza, poiché ho condiviso il volontariato con mia sorella e sono riusciti a rendere gli orari flessibili per avere tempo di conoscere Tulum insieme. Buona convivenza con tutti i volontari! Mi sarebbe piaciuto avere più momenti condivisi con gli host.. Mi hanno lasciato offrire le mie lezioni di Stretching agli ospiti, il che mi ha rafforzato e mi ha dato gli strumenti per tenere la lezione in inglese.. ¡ Grazie Alma e Marcos ! ♥️🇦🇷

Staying at the hostel has been one of the most incredible experiences! From the moment I arrived, the staff welcomed me with open hearts and made me feel at home. Every single person here is so kind, loving, and genuinely cares about creating a beautiful, supportive community. A special shoutout to Salomé, who radiates pure magic and sweetness. Her warmth and vibrant energy made my time here unforgettable. She truly embodies what makes this place so special. If you're considering staying or working here, do it. You'll leave with your heart full and your soul inspired.

My experience at the hostel was amazing. The team is outstanding, very helpful and everyone makes you feel like home. Salome always makes sure everything is right and she also took her time to organize a great Christmas dinner among volunteers and guests with secret Santa and everything . She also organized pizza nights, game nights just to make our stay even more pleasant. the hostel is just amazing!

Wallet was stolen first day. I was told the cameras were not working.Later I was told by host I was coming in too late at night and she was watching me (via those same cameras). The place has lots of mold. I got tonsillitis and severe psoriasis here after two years being clear. When I told the host about this they told me there was no mold and that I was partying too much. I do not drink or use drugs so this accusations is completely false. I was given no days off for 12 days and asked to work 5 hour days (not the 4 that was agreed upon to start). I do not recommend this experience at all.

Cora. Siamo noi coloro che sono davvero delusi dalle tue prestazioni e dalla tua recensione. Torcendo tutte le nostre conversazioni e gli accordi. Hai riferito che il tuo portafoglio era scomparso in meno di un’ora dal tuo arrivo e noi ti abbiamo anche aiutato a chiamare la compagnia di autobus per cercarlo. Ti abbiamo offerto supporto e flessibilità anche quando non ti sei presentato per lavorare per due giorni. Abbiamo persino modificato l’orario su tua richiesta per viaggiare. Ho prove per sostenerlo e almeno 3 testimoni per dimostrare che tutte queste informazioni sono fuorvianti.

Un Hostel hermoso con un equipo impresionante. Abril y Chris son excelentes personas que te ayudan en todo momento y hacen todo lo posible para que te sientas bien, son generosos y flexibles con los horarios y siempre le meten buena onda para que los días se llenen de magia. Sin duda que lo recomiendo. Me llevo amigos para toda la vida!!!
