Maui Hostel
Our place is located in the heart of Playa del carmen, we are located 1 block away from the beach, 1 block away from Quinta Alegria shopping mall right between 5th avenue and the Caribbean beach, and 3 minute walk from PDC party zone - so close to the action but far enough away from the noise. Everything you need is in a walking distance.
You're gonna be a member of our team enjoying mexico while having experience in a place like ours. We are very attentive and will help you if you need it.

Mi experiencia en el hostel como encargado de actividades fue realmente enriquecedora. Tuve la oportunidad de formar parte de un equipo joven, dinámico y multicultural, creando y coordinando actividades enfocadas en generar conexión entre los huéspedes y hacer que su estancia fuera mucho más divertida y memorable.Durante mi tiempo en el hostel pude desarrollar diferentes actividades sociales, deportivas y de entretenimiento, siempre buscando crear un ambiente inclusivo donde personas de diferentes nacionalidades pudieran convivir, conocerse y disfrutar.Gracias, el hostel

Una experiencia completamente satisfactoria, me siento profundamente agradecido de vivir en la misma epoca de worldpackers y tener la oportunidad de vivir estas nuevas experiencias. No puede tener mejor ubicación el lugar, la gente es super querida, el ambiente es como y acogedor. Definitamente lo recomendaria a cualquier viajero.

The hostel is a great place! I felt welcomed from the very beginning and even extended my trip. As the hostel is mostly run by volunteers- by travelers for travelers - it is a little bit chaotic every now and then. But the people are very open, the facilities super nice and the hostel is in good shape. The communication with the owner beforehand was also very good, questions were answered, tasks were explained. I recommend this place and would come back anytime. Thanks the hostel, thank you Amitai! Mexico and this place will stay in my heart and memories!

My time at the hostel was incredible. It felt like home so quickly. Everyone is kind and respectful. Ami and Meli were wonderful to work for and everything was as agreed. I miss it so much already 🥺 muchas gracias por todo!

La verdad que las personas que conocí durante el voluntariado lo han hecho muy agradable y divertido. Si bien hay cosas que podrían mejorar la convivencia o las tareas a desarrollar, mi tiempo en el hostel fue muy divertido. Recomiendo esta experiencia a aquel que quiera viajar más lento y pasar tiempo en ese lugar del mundo! Me llevo muy bonitos recuerdos y siento que cuando he necesitado algo hubo alguien del staff permanente para escucharme. Muchas gracias!
