Nomadic Farm in Sumber

Come experience the real Mongolian Nomadic farm life on the farm of an award-winning rancher! This experience will be raw, gritty, very hard working, and will show you the true life on a Mongolian farm. You will have very limited reception and can take this opportunity to disconnect, while eating traditional Mongolian foods and working with Alta and, sometimes, his kids as well. You will learn some Mongolian language! Alta speaks very little English. There is no better place to live the real, unfiltered Mongolian lifestyle. This is not for people seeking tourist experience!!!!

Alta is very respectful of the people that come to help. He is an incredibly hard working person, and you will learn about his way of life. You will stay in a traditional Mongolian yurt, or ger, and sometimes may have to sleep in the same ger as his kids (very well behaved and independent, hardworking and playful). You can bring your own tent if you prefer. You will have your own bed in the ger and will be provided all meals, and he may ask you to help cook.
You will likely have to ride a horse to watch the goats/sheep, and they milk cows every morning and night. It is necessary that you are an independent person and can help with various tasks. Alta may drive you to the town nearby to get snacks/supplies.
