We’re seeking skilled and motivated helpers to join us in Annupuri, Niseko, for a DIY-focused help exchange this autumn. If you love working with your hands, solving practical challenges, and contributing to a cozy mountain lodge, this is the perfect opportunity for you!
Our lodge is nestled in a peaceful village surrounded by mountains, hot springs, and breathtaking nature. It’s an ideal place to experience Japan’s countryside while making a tangible impact on our space.

Aktivitäten & Schichten

🛠 What You’ll Do
Your main tasks will focus on DIY and renovation projects, including:
In October, mainly:
・Wood cutting
・Bringing wood inside
・Waxing floor
In November, mainly:
・Refurbishing floors in a section of the building
・Repainting stairs and common areas
Other tasks:
・Assisting with small maintenance tasks (e.g., fixing furniture, improving lodge facilities)
・Help with cleaning, sorting and general upkeep
No prior professional experience is required, but comfort with tools, painting, and basic construction is a must!

Regeln

📅 Work Conditions
・Period: October–November 2026
・Minimum stay: 1 week
・Hours: 20 hours per week, typically over 4 consecutive days
