I had a great time at the camping. It was a great opportunity to teach the camping the support of a great team. The owner Arpad made sure all the volunteers were looked after and had everything we needed, he was open to talk to about any issues or concerns and genuinely cared about our experience. It was a perfect location aswell, everything you need is walking distance. I made some amazing friends who I'll cherish forever, it was very hard to say goodbye. I recommend this opportunity to all, it's super fun and a great opportunity to practice English teaching!

This is a great experience for someone new to camp counseling, such as myself. Hours are flexible, you have many opportunities to meet fellow travelers and juniors who've been at the camp before, and you're able to experience a side of Hungary away from the big cities. Overall, I had a wonderful time.

This was one of the best the camping camp experiences I've ever had. Although the days were long, they were balanced with plenty of free time, and the beach was always a highlight in the evenings. I mainly taught sports and activities, but I also loved teaching the classes and especially culture classes. The staff were incredibly welcoming, and I made friends from all over the world. The food was delicious, served at a local restaurant, with a mix of Hungarian and familiar dishes, and we were never left hungry. I even learnt some Hungarian! I would definitely recommend this experience.

My stay was short but lovely! Arpad who is the host is super funny and respectful. I loved the kids we took care of and taught them English. Town is tiny but there's everything needed, lake nearby. Only accommodation conditions could have been better. I recommend this experience!

I had such a great time here! The kids were amazing, so much fun to teach and spend time with, and the other volunteers made the experience even better. Every day with the kids brought something new and fun, which kept the experience really special. Things were sometimes a bit unorganized, so you just have to go with the flow, but honestly that's part of the adventure. Overall, it was a really positive experience that I'd definitely recommend!

I've really loved my time in Alsóörs, Hungary! We've had so much fun in the camp with the kids. Also the group of volunteers that I met there was exceptional, we were truly a team❤️ I'll never forget this experience Also the hoster was really nice with us I recommend this experience!

My volunteer experience was unforgettable. The host was full of positive energy and truly committed. We had clear timetables and flexible days off. All the meals (and even more) were provided exactly as described. The campsite, located in Alsoors, was charming and clean, and it truly made you feel the Hungarian spirit. Apart from immersing in local culture, I got to learn about Canada. When it comes to chores I have nothing to complain about. We spend most of the time with kids.

Best volunteer experience I have ever done !! Arpad was a great host and an amazing camp leader. I fell in love with the camp and the kids on the first day. I could not recommend this experience enough. I miss it so much already !!

I had a lot of fun with the kids and the staff. Everyone was so nice. Arpad is great to work with and also to spend a good time with. There are also somethings to do near the camp during your free time and the train to Budapest is really cheap.
