La expérience de bénévolat de rêve. Rodrigo se concentre sur les résultats plutôt que sur les heures, vous laissant ainsi une grande liberté pour gérer votre temps. Il respecte vraiment le bénévolat et ne demande pas grand-chose, tout en vous donnant l'occasion d'essayer de nouvelles choses et de prendre des initiatives. J'ai gagné en confiance dans mon travail et j'ai pu développer de nouvelles idées. L'auberge est belle, impeccablement propre et donne une impression de haut niveau. Rodrigo fera tout pour vous mettre à l'aise, alors n'hésitez pas à demander ce dont vous avez besoin. Dès le premier jour où j'ai fait le check-in, je n'ai plus voulu partir ! (Il a organisé pour moi une énorme fête d'anniversaire, inoubliable).

Rodrigo is a great host and all the staff is friendly. the hostel has an environment that made me feel like home all the time. the work in the reception was easy and well explained, everytime i had a question there was someone to help me. i had time to explore Flores which is an amazing place full of nature. 100% recommend going there :) I'll miss that place and jade!!

My experience in Flores was something I will never forget. I truly had the best time of my life. Every person who worked there became a good friend to me and I can't thank them enough. I did unfortunately have to cut my trip short due to a death in my family but I know I will return one day. Flores is truly a beautiful place and I felt extremely safe. The work is easy and fair for the time you get to explore and become apart of the culture. I would recommend volunteering here to anyone!

I couldn't have chosen a better place for my first Worldpackers experience. Everyone was super nice and made me feel at home. 10/10 recommend the hostel. Shoutout to Michi and Jade the true queens of the hostel.

I had the best time here! The hours were always as agreed and I felt supported if I had any questions. Everyone has the friendliest personalities there. The little island became like a second home to me while I was there. I was so sad to leave!

My stay in the hostel was amazing! It is such a pretty hostel and the volunteering room is the best that I've had. The tasks were easy and the hours were fair. Rodri and all of the staff are very welcoming and nice. I would recommend volunteering here to everyone!!

Had a great time at the hostel! Flores is beautiful and the hostel is very chill. After 4 months of full time traveling this was the perfect place to relax and recharge. Thank you Rodrigo and the rest of the team for welcoming me! 100% would recommend volunteering here! ❤️
