C'était mon tout premier travail bénévole et voyage en solitaire ! Je ne saurais pas le recommander. J'ai appris bien plus sur la santé et le bien-être en 5 semaines que durant toute ma vie là-bas, aux États-Unis. Après quelques jours, vous commencez à vous acclimater et tout le monde devient comme une famille. Vous avez une nourriture incroyable et des options pour vous joindre au yoga, à la guérison par le son et aux méditations. Le travail que vous faites ne ressemble même pas à du travail parce que vous apprenez tellement de choses ! Vous reviendrez sans aucun doute ! Un chez soi loin de chez soi ❤️

The Center was not just any volunteer experience, we truly became a family. The owners really understand how to take care of us I always felt valued and respected. The work/hours ratio is very fair and the perks are amazing. I am very grateful for everyone I met and for everything I learned! Be prepared to take Uber or Bolt if you wanna go out because the property is outside of town and a lot of the times it is the only option. But there are many other volunteers so you can always share If you are interested in yoga, a healthy lifestyle and reconnecting with yourself, apply now!!!

Moinos the Center can only be described as a family. A group of strangers who have come together to make something beautiful. You will never see the fruit of your own labour, but every day you witness the years of others hard work and investment into the property. People come from all walks of life to make this a safe, inclusive, eco conscious, family ran community. We came as strangers and left with lifelong bonds because Moinos fosters these relationships. We had chances to learn so much and eat amazing food and spend time on this gorgeous commune where we felt so taken care of. We <3 MV

I had a great time at the Center. The people were incredibly warm and welcoming, and the place itself is beautiful. Working in the garden and helping prepare meals was both rewarding and enjoyable. I learned so much during my time there, from practical garden knowledge to mindfulness practices, and through shared experiences with the other volunteers. There was a real sense of community. Overall, it was an amazing opportunity to reset and reflect, while eating healthy and living simply. I'd definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a meaningful and fun experience.

Volunteering at the Center for a month was an incredible and enriching experience. The place is deep in nature, which makes it easy to unplug from the outside world and reconnect with yourself. I met wonderful, open-hearted people from different backgrounds, joined yoga and meditation sessions, and explored the stunning Algarve region on my days off using the shared car. The work during programs can be intense, but it's totally fair considering the delicious vegetarian food, cozy rooms, and peaceful vibe. My experience at the Center was amazing! In the first days I felt some discomfort - this place holds a lot of energy! But then I started a deep inner journey. I had many moments of solitude, reflection, connection with nature, and felt a powerful cleanse. The hosts and most of the staff were very kind. I joined yoga and meditation classes when I could, and even participated in the detox fasting program, for which I'm deeply grateful. Having a car for volunteers is a huge plus! Work can be intense during the program, but fair. It's definitely a place I recommend :) MV is magical! <3
