Join the Worldpackers team and help us bring our Travel Buddy Basecamp to life in Ericeira! You’ll support us with the organization of the event, especially preparing and organizing breakfast for the group, keeping shared spaces ready, and helping with small day-to-day tasks. You’ll be part of the Basecamp experience, meet our Travel Buddies and experience the Worldpackers community from the inside! 💛

You’ll join the Worldpackers team during our Travel Buddy Basecamp in Ericeira, a special experience designed to bring our community together, create connections and prepare Travel Buddies for future group experiences.
Your main role will be to support us behind the scenes, especially during breakfast, while also helping with simple organizational tasks throughout the Basecamp. You’ll get to meet the team and our Travel Buddies and experience our community from the inside. 💛🌍
Breakfast support: Help prepare, organize and serve breakfast for the group.
Kitchen support: Help keep the kitchen and breakfast area clean and organized before and after meals.
Basecamp setup: Help us prepare shared spaces and materials for activities when needed.
General support: Give the Worldpackers team a hand with small tasks that come up during the Basecamp.
Community experience: Be present, connect with participants and help us create a welcoming and positive atmosphere.
Be punctual: Breakfast and Basecamp activities follow a schedule, so being on time is important.
Be proactive: If you see something that needs to be organized, cleaned or prepared, feel free to jump in and help.
Keep shared spaces organized: Help us leave the kitchen and common areas clean after using them.
Be respectful and welcoming: You’ll be sharing the space with our team and Travel Buddies from different backgrounds.
Communicate with us: If you’re unsure about something, need help or won’t be available at the agreed time, please let the team know.
Enjoy the experience: This is a community event, so we want you to participate, meet people and have fun with us too! 🌍💛
