Questo è stata la mia terza volta a Tipsea, e non potrei essere più grato per i tre incredibili mesi trascorsi nella mia seconda casa con la mia seconda famiglia. Ogni volta che torno, il mio amore e la mia gratitudine per Tipsea e per l'isola crescono sempre di più. Mi sento incredibilmente fortunato per tutte le opportunità, le amicizie e le lezioni che ho acquisito qui. Lexy, sei davvero il cuore di Tipsea e la ragione principale per cui tutti tornano. La tua gentilezza, calore e amore genuino per tutti e tutto ciò che ti circonda sono incomparabili. Sempre grato per la mia famiglia Tipsea, e non vedo l'ora di tornare a casa!

La mia esperienza all'ostello è stata fantastica, ho trascorso un periodo incredibile ed è stata un'esperienza incredibile! I volontari, il responsabile e lo staff erano tutte persone fantastiche! Ti senti parte di una famiglia, non solo di un lavoratore! È stata la mia prima esperienza di volontariato e sicuramente la rifarò in futuro, in altre parti dei miei viaggi o magari anche tornando all'ostello! L'esperienza mi ha aiutato a migliorare la mia comunicazione sociale, l'organizzazione delle feste e la pianificazione dei giochi in generale. Grazie per l'esperienza, ragazzi!

Ho soggiornato al TT a Gili Air come ospite in passato e mi sono innamorato di quell'ostello e dell'isola.🤩 Così ho deciso di tornare per un lavoro di volontariato. Ho lavorato i turni serali (cene con la famiglia ospitante, ho guidato attività come tornei di ping pong, giochi ecc., feste). Il lavoro è molto divertente e diverso ogni giorno. Si tratta principalmente di socializzare con gli ospiti e assicurarsi che tutti si divertano. Inoltre ho avuto abbastanza tempo per esplorare questa isola paradiso, fare snorkeling o semplicemente rilassarmi ☀️ Un grande ringraziamento a tutto il team che mi ha fatto sentire a casa 🫶🏼 Spero di poter tornare un giorno!

Ho lavorato come insegnante di yoga nell'ostello sullo ostello T per quattro settimane e ho trascorso un periodo incredibile! L'ostello è un posto bellissimo, e le persone che si riuniscono lì creano un'atmosfera molto speciale. Ho passato la parte migliore della mia vita lì, ho fatto tantissimi nuovi amici, sono riuscito/a a creare lezioni di yoga incredibili e mi sono sentito/a parte di una grande famiglia.

Mi sono divertito molto a fare volontariato e ho persino prolungato di una settimana! Claudia è un'ottima padrona di casa e ha reso tutto così facile, dato che era la mia prima volta in quel ruolo! L'ostello ha una grande atmosfera e un personale fantastico che ha reso l'intera esperienza così divertente.

My stay at Tipsy the hostel was absolutely spectacular. From the very first day, I felt welcomed not just as a guest, but as part of a family. The staff, the manager, and the entire team create such a positive and supportive atmosphere that it's impossible not to feel at home. The work itself is fun, engaging, and full of variety — from helping to build a sense of community among international travelers to organizing events and simply socializing in such a lively environment. Every day felt meaningful and enjoyable. If you're considering coming here, don't hesitate. Would recommend 1000% :)

I can scarcely overstate how grateful I am for my time at the hostel. I came to the island in a weird, transitional phase of life. The three weeks I spent on Gilli T were, as it happened, an antidote for heartbreak. More than that, I was part of an incredible group of people; especially Claudia, whose sincere passion for the hostel brought out the best in us. The work itself was remarkably entertaining; as a social butterfly, I made short form content, spent my afternoons schmoozing with guests and hosted boat parties, luxe sunset cruises and experienced a lifestyle I couldn't normally afford.

Overall an incredible experience. Come prepared to work hard, play hard! You get to teach people from all over the world and live on a paradise island for three weeks. Don't let the thought of being in one place for that length of time put you off - it will fly by and gives you an opportunity to really ground and feel like a part of something. The team are lovely as are the people staying at the hostel - it's a social hostel and especially working the breakfast, you end up making lots of friends and having the most beautiful experiences like swimming with turtles!

It's been a few days since I left the hostel I still cant stop thinking about it.I started as a mural painter then moved to the afternoon social butterfly role which was pretty relaxed,you keep the common areas tidy,chat with guests,run a few activities,take photos and videos for content and sometimes help with errands.Its great if you enjoy being social, connecting with people and leading activities.Even when it wasnt my shift,I loved being in the hostel, joining activities and being with the guests.I had so much fun at the hostel! Thank you Lexy, Bren, and the boys for making it home for me!

Yoga teaching at the hostel has been one of the best volunteer experiences ever! I found the perfect balance between party and rest. Claudia is amazing, there is very clear communication and expectations and then the rest is up to you! All the staff at the hostel are also so lovely and always bring great vibes. On top of all of that, the hostel is stunning (finishing off the new pool/bar/yoga shala now!) and the volunteer house is sweet! You'll fall in love with the island! Thank you the hostel 🌟
