Before your stay, we’ll discuss your experience, what you’d like to learn, and the skills you can share. You’ll join our team for agreed café shifts, learning through guidance and hands-on practice. We’ll also plan time for you to share your skills with us, through a small project or teaching the team. Accommodation is included, with working hours and days off agreed in advance.
Shifts run from 2 pm to 10 pm, Friday to Sunday starting with preparation and finishing with closing duties. The pace varies between regular café service and event days. Your weekly schedule and days off will be agreed before arrival. Lunch and free drinks are provided during your shifts.
We’re a close-knit team of three, and we expect everyone to treat each other with kindness and respect. We welcome people from all backgrounds and do not tolerate discrimination or harassment.
