My first volunteering experience couldn't have gone better! the hostel was the perfect place to start this journey - a cozy, social, and welcoming environment. I had the chance to meet people from all over the world, create meaningful connections, and truly immerse myself in the local culture. The tasks were fair and well-organized, giving me plenty of free time to explore, relax, and enjoy the city. I left with unforgettable memories and a full heart. Highly recommended!

My stay at TricTrac hostel was really great! All the staff is really kind and welcoming! The work is easy and makes you meet people from all around the world. And you still have a lot of time to enjoy the city and to visit. It was really a great experience I recommend!

10/10 I really enjoyed my time volunteering at the hostel! The place is cozy, clean, and very well located, close to everything you might need. The staff is amazing and super friendly! The tasks are simple, usually helping with breakfast or at the bar, and the shifts are well-planned and organized. Working hours are respected, and everything runs smoothly. I recommend this place if you're a social person and enjoy talking and meeting new people every day. P.S. A special thanks to Zaira, she's the best!!! 🤍✨

My volunteering at the hostel was amazing :) the staff was so kind and helpful!! The job is easy, only 4 hours a day — helping at the bar or at breakfast. You have so much time to explore everything that Napoli offers! I recommend this experience if you're a social person, I spent most of my time talking with the guests and entertaining them with games while making drinks. If that is your vibe, you will have so much fun and make friends with everyone easily!

Amazing experience! All the staff were very kind to me. I mostly did night shifts preparing drinks at the bar and always trying to make a good environment with guests. We organized beer pong, karaoke and other games with them. The other shift was preparing breakfast for guests in the morning. There were easygoing tasks and the staff always explained everything beforehand. The room is shared with other guests although I met amazing people and I enjoyed it during my whole stay and I hope to get back soon. The hostel facilities are of quality and the location is perfect! Loved free pasta night

I highly recommend this experience! It was my first time volunteering, and the best possible way start!😊 The hostel team are wonderfull people—kind, open-minded, supportive and willing to hear your ideas. The hostel was excellent, super clean, really well organized, vivid and sunny common areas & perfect location! Also an ideal place to meet and connect with other travellers. The tasks were very simple and gave me the opportunity to interact and meet other people while doing them & I still had plenty of personal time left! The vibes were amazing!😊☀️I trully felt the hostel like home❤️

My time at Tic the hostel was absolutely incredible! Everyone is super welcoming, always willing to help and give tips about what to do, where to go or what food to try :) This is honestly the best hostel I've ever been to, everything is nice, very cozy and super clean, breakfast is included (and delicious). The work itself was very easy. I was doing either the morning breakfast shift or the evening shift at the bar, everything was always well-explained so I never had any issues. I've honestly fallen in love with Naples. I will be back for sure! Thank you so much for everything! ❤️

Ich habe meine Zeit im TricTrac genossen. Es ist ein großartiger Ort, um Reisende aus der ganzen Welt zu treffen und von ihnen zu lernen. Die kostenlosen Pasta-Abende sind ein gutes Extra, und es gibt normalerweise Reste, die Freiwillige am nächsten Tag nehmen können. Du arbeitest nur die Nachtschichten, wodurch dir die Tage bis 7 oder 8 Uhr frei bleiben. Allerdings ist der Job an sich vage, und es wird erwartet, dass Freiwillige über die ihnen gegebenen Aufgaben hinausgehen, was schwer zu verstehen sein kann.
