I had the best time at the hostel!! It's a great place to socialise and get in touch with travellers and locals. Felipe and all the other workers and volunteers made me feel very welcomed and I found a lot of friends. The work at the bar was a lot of fun and very chill. During my free days I was also able to visit Ilha Grande, which was one of my highlights. But I also enjoyed Rio a lot, it's a great city which I'll definitely come back to. Much love to everybody at the Hostel, I'll miss my time here for sure!🫶

As my first volunteering experience, I couldn't have chosen a better place than the hostel. From day one, I felt welcomed and supported by everyone. Felipe does an amazing job making sure volunteers have everything they need. He's always available if you have any questions or need help, while also giving you the trust and autonomy to manage your responsibilities independently. The work is well organized, expectations are clear, and there's a great balance between volunteering and having time to explore Rio and the rest of Brazil

I absolutely loved my stay at the hostel! I honestly don't think I could have gotten a better experience anywhere else! Since the beginning I felt very comfortable and welcomed:) As volunteers we get to experience Rio just as locals! We get to have free tours and parties🙀 which I absolutely loved. I also learned to make the best caipirinhas ;)haha The hostel is so alive just as Rio. Overall I had so mxch fun and I made really good friends. Muchas gracias Felipe for this unforgettable experience, Im definitely gonna miss u🐰🩷 I hope we get to meet again. Obrigada e the hostel😽

I love my time at the hostel! Felipe is a great understanding host that helps you with anything you need. The family vibe with the other volunteers something I already miss ! All the benefits of tours , club entry's , and drinks was great! Roberta and Daniel at the bar were great managers! The food up in the favela is amazing and great prices, and definitely feel safer in there than the average street! I will truely miss Rio so much beautiful memories and parties.

Just a great hostel, Felipe really helps you getting settled in and feeling welcome, the whole team is just so sweet and caring, everybody contributes to a chill atmosphere, they're really flexible with schedules which makes your Brazilian experience perfect :)

I had an amazing month at the hostel!! I am beyond grateful for the memories that i made there and the people i've met. It's an amazing hostel if you like to party and meet people from all over the world, i worked in the bar which was very social and fun!! Thanks to Roberta and Fabio & the other volunteers and staff as well 🫶🏻 If you ever plan on volunteering at a hostel in Rio, this is the place!! Obrigada, the hostel 🥲

I loved my time here! the hostel is definitely a welcoming family. Felipe does everything to make you feel welcomed and comfortable. I loved that there were other volunteers as well, it was so easy to make friends :) the job itself is easy and fun. As a volunteer we get a lot of benefits too which is so nice and helpful! Free parties, discounts on activities, etc! I loved my experience and I can't wait to come back

This was my first volunteering experience and it couldn't have been better! It was truly one of the best experiences of my life. Felipe was an amazing host, always making sure I had everything I needed and felt okay. The work-life balance was perfect, leaving me plenty of time to explore the city. I highly recommend it!
