Claas, Melissa, and Joaquín were super welcoming and made us feel at home right away. Communication was smooth and everything was well organized—especially the task distribution and shifts, which made things easy and manageable. Some days could get a bit intense, so it might help to shorten the shifts a little or have two volunteers during peak hours. But overall, everything was awesome—the atmosphere, the social activities on the terrace, and the food cooked by Melissa and Joaquín, which was always delicious! We'd 100% recommend this experience and come back in a heartbeat ♡ Gracias x todo

My experience at the hostel in the hostel 🇦🇱 was one of the most enriching of my journey. I had the opportunity to immerse myself in the local culture and learn valuable skills at the reception. The managers, Melisa and Joaquín, are truly exceptional—always attentive and dedicated to making your stay outstanding. They organize optional events that foster connections among guests, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. For me, it felt like finding a family in the hostel 🇦🇱. Thank you for everything, and I look forward to visiting again when I can.

It's an amazing place! Claas is a wonderful and incredible host. He always makes sure you feel at home. He's a fantastic cook. We're going to miss the hostel and his company very much. The volunteer room is very large, the food was always sufficient, the hostel has a very good location, the vibe is amazing and the views from the terrace are amazing! We will definitely be back!

Staying at the hostel was a great experience. Claas is very friendly and always takes care of the hostel and us. He's someone with whom you can communicate well. He also makes sure we feel comfortable and cooks us delicious food. I really felt at ease and was able to quickly adapt to the tasks at hand, since they were very simple. What I definitely loved was the terrace and its wonderful sunset views. I assure you, you'll always have time to have fun and learn more about the hostel.☺️🎉💛

Ho fatto volontariato nell'ostello sorella Loft. Le attività erano semplici e gli orari erano rispettati e la posizione è fantastica. L'ostello è gestito dai volontari ed è un buon posto per conoscere gente di tutto il mondo.

My stay was so nice! I met very kind people with who I shared good experience and spent time enjoying sunset and the city with them. The staff was amazing and Class was very nice. Thank you so much for everything to all the team! Highly recommend

The hostel was a great experience for me, especially for my first time volunteering at a hostel. The people here are incredibly kind and accommodating, and want you to have the best experience possible. It is a rather quiet hostel, but that was perfect for me as someone who has trouble with large party atmospheres. The workload is quite light and all tasks are laid out so you know what you'll be doing ahead of time. You will get quite a lot of free time here, which is really nice if you want to explore Tirana or the surrounding area.

I really enjoyed my time at the hostel. I really liked that there was a lot of structure; the work schedule is always made for an entire week and the managers will show you exactly what you need to do for each shift. They will also cook lunch for you which was always tasty! Everyone was also very nice and understanding when I had to leave earlier due to an emergency back home. I hope I can come back one day!

I had a great experience volunteering at the hostel! The work is really good, plenty of free time is given to explore and relax. Lots of flexibility and variety in shifts. Great social atmosphere. Joaquín and Melissa (managers) are great cooks! Staff bond really well. All facilities available are good. Location is a 20 minute walk from the centre but still really great. Lots of shops and bakeries available nearby. Tirana is a really quirky city that I love. The rooftop is lovely and a great place to hangout
